Description

Apartment rented in one of the best areas of Sanlucar de Barrameda (Cádiz), 50 meters to the beach and 5 minutes to downtown. It is rented for weeks or fortnights. Fully furnished and garage. Swimming pool and tennis court on the estate. Sanlucar de Barrameda is famous for the great meal and wine and for its excellent weather and atmosphere. If you want to enjoy calm and peace few days and have breakfast watching the sea at dawn for an unbeatable price, this is the best option.

The apartment is perfectly located. It is at the beginning of the road de la Jara, a very quiet and of good standard area. Beach and Doñana National Park is seen from the terrace, which is ideal for breakfast or lunch watching the sea. The beach is about 50 meters from the apartment. The center can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car.

It is fully furnished with all amenities. TV, ceiling fan, washing machine, linens and towels, microwave, oven, etc. We recently painted the kitchen and installed a new refrigerator and extractor hood. We have also renovated bath and new shower. It has a room with two beds and a sofa bed with two single seats. It is rented with underground parking.

The complex has a tennis court and pool and 3 bars, a video store, pharmacy, tobacconist and supermarket.

The magic of the natural environment impregnated with scent of pine and salt, while listening to the melody of the waves and relax with your view, make the location a nondescript place where time stops.

Sanlucar de Barrameda is famous for its excelent food and wines as well as by a climate and unique atmosphere.

“Poor and misleading.”

Response from the owner I understand your point of view, but I notice you about the bedroom and the sofa with the other two mattress. I explained it perfectly in a message to you before renting my apartment. I never would confuse my guest, I am always clear enough in order not to dissapoint anyone. Regarding pool, It is not on my hand because it depends on the community rules. It has pool and you can use it when it is open. If you had asked me, I would have noticed you too. Regarding kettle, here in Spain we do not usually use it so it is not considered something needed. I wish you consider these aspects. Anyway it is frustraiting for me you are not happy enough. Very small apartment ,not 2 bedrooms.Not suitable for a family.Lack of kitchen utensils,including,no kettle.Beds of poor quality.Cannot use pool or tennis courts until June .

Response from the owner I am sorry you feel that but I notice you before coming that there is only one room with two beds, and another two beds in the sofa of the dinning room. I acctually specified that in the advert. About the pool, it does not depend on me, but on the community. Regarding beds and kitchen, any of the other guest has never had any complaint about them.
