Important Information: All reservations of 5 nights or more include a complimentary rental car.
The house is located very close to the centre of the island but away from the very busy tourist areas. They face the south-eastern side of the island close to local residential area of Vothonas. Looking towards the east one has a panoramic sea view and the island of Anafi can be seen. The house offer a pleasurable stay for the visitor in that they make use of renewable energy sources. Ecological air cooling systems are used, avoiding traditional air conditioning systems, which are often harmful to ones health. Rain water, that falls during the winter period, is collected and used for the swimming pool and the automatic watering of the plants and surrounding gardens. Cycladic architecture at its best! Sophisticated and stylish. “Sought after” luxury in every room, in every detail. State of the art comfort. Privacy. Consideration for the environment. A fine example of how the past and present can coexist, fully respecting one another. As the Greek philosopher Protagoras advocated, “the measure is man”. Gaze at the vastness of the Aegean from your private veranda with our incredible handmade Greek breakfast, and see the islands of Anafi and Astypalaia peeking through in the distance and your will feel with every fibre of you of being…. The swimming pool, and the private outdoor heated jacuzzi gives our guests the possibility of enjoying tranquillity in this particular area. However, only by driving 5 minutes, you will be in the Kamari beach, with all its attractions (many shops, bars and clubs, fine restaurants, etc). A really good option for families up to 5 adults for having some good time together, and also for really demanding guests. The minimalistic style of furnishings and decoration creates a relaxed, warm and hospitable atmosphere for the visitor ensuring a pleasurable stay. The combination of all of the above, with the quality and luxury of services provided by willing, helpful and friendly staff, will guarantee a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The living room, equiped with the satelite plasma tv and one laptop will make you feel like at home. A dining table for 5 commensals will enable you to have some meal together, surrounded by this special atmosphere. An exclusive kitchen, situated next to the dining room, is fitted to the highest standards and contains all the necessary electrical appliances: Electric oven,ceramic hob, kettle, coffe machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,crockery, cutlery , etc. There are two bedrooms with cork insulated beds, ecological mattresses and feather-pillows.
