Aramanis Villas is a brand new villa resort superbly located in Seminyak on the southwest coast of Bali. Each one of these 3 bedroom luxury private villas offers a private swimming pool, tropical gardens and wonderful indoor/outdoor living space

Conveniently positioned within easy reach of everything that this highly sought–after suburb has to offer, yet tucked away in a quite lane far enough removed to ensure a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Each private villa provides a generous 230 sqm of floor space all under the one roof and sits within 500 sqm of professionally landscaped and totally private gardens.

The living and dining areas feature extra high 4.2 m ceilings with louvre windows above aluminum bi–fold doors allowing for great air flow from cooling breezes, air conditioning throughout, custom designed furnishings, stunning marble floors, LED lighting and surround sound system.

The dining room comfortably seats 8 guests and adjoins a full equipped rubber wood kitchen with dark granite bench tops with stainless steel appliances and glass splash backs.

Under the same roof of villa is a cleverly designed indoor/outdoor room which divides the kitchen and dining areas of the villa from the living/media room. With its hard wood timber flooring and hand made rattan furniture it’s the ideal space to escape the sun or chill out of an evening with a relaxing drink.

The living/media room offers the latest in–home entertainment system including wide screen LCD TV, DVD/CD Player surround sound system, and IPod Docking station.

Each of the three very generously sized bedrooms include ensuites with rain shower, separate WC, own private gardens, air conditioning, ceiling fans, built–in robes, study desk, LCD TV and DVD/CD Player.

The master suite features double vanity, two-person shower, free standing bath, and walking–in robe.

Beautiful hardwood timber decks with sun beds surround the large overflow swimming pool & lush tropical gardens. An outdoor shower, grassed lawns, and high perimeter fencing add to the sanctuary that is Aramanis Villas.

  Great service with a friendly smile. The facilities are very well maintained and presented beautifully. The villa is in a good location but sometimes taxi drivers find it hard to find as it is hidden away. We did not want to leave the luxurious lifestyle, they make you feel like royalty.

  Stayed here recently for a'girl's' trip away. We wanted something clean, luxurious and peaceful but still close enough to all of the main attractions...shopping, beach and great restaurants! It's new modern design was fantastic because you can open all of the bi folds and have one huge open villa, or close off the rooms that you would like airconditioned. Five minutes walk and you are on the main road, just up from Bintang Supermarket. Perfect!! Staff were great, the place is kept immaculate and when ever we needed anything staff were attentive. Customer service was excellent! Thank you for making our stay such a lovely experience!

  A beautiful well appointed property, set in tropical gardens, wonderful natural stone pool. The decor is modern and elegant. The full butler service ensured the stay was restful, when we chose to cook the kitchen with a wonderful selection of new appliances and goods catered for our every need. Close to a variety of shops and restaurants.
  A truely glorious experience.

  Awesome villa In Semyniak

  We have been staying In this villa for 10 days. Everything is perfect : location, space, standard of the house.
  There is also a maid, a gardener, a buttler, a security guard.
  Very efficient staff.
  Our kids loved it too, the little one (11 yrs old) because of the pool, the older ones (18 & 20) as it is walking distance to the trendy shops and to the bars.
  We visited many exclusive villas In Semyniak, this one was the best !

  Contempory gem in Seminyak

  So close to everything and yet tucked away in a quiet street to allow for serenity and privacy.Our attraction to this villa was that it was of modern , open plan design with what appeared to be quality finishing's.In reality this is exactly what we experienced, brand new complex with quality fitout, total privacy and great location.
  We found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and attentive if required, able to assist us when we needed assistance.
  Travelling with teenage children , we found the floor plan of 3 large bedrooms with individual indoor/outdoor bathroooms and television/dvd in each room to assist us greatly in all having our own space.While giving us plenty of room to get together in either dining, indoor lounge , outdoor lounge or pool area.
  Great pool, location, staff and ambience-great holiday
  Cant wait to return in 2014

  A Luxury home, away from home, that feels like home in Seminyak.

  The service was great, from the airport pick up to the beautiful breakfasts prepared for us each morning by the wonderful Wayan, our Butler. The place has a great feel to it, we had all the bi-fold doors open onto the deck and pool during the day, with the high ceilings it makes a huge open space. We had our music playing over the great sound system, inside and outside. We all loved having a pool to ourselves. Each of the bedrooms had its own separate bathroom & garden,toilet,and Tv's with separate cable, which was handy for our daughter to watch her Dvds, and for my brother and his wife to have their own space, who shared the Villa with us. The amenities were first class, the place was decorated & designed well, with the huge slabs of marble on the floors combined with granite bench tops, and stone pillars. The indoor outdoor showers were a hit, along with in door outdoor lounge area. You had complete privacy in the villa. We had all our massages at home, in the villa, they organized a service to come in for us. We had 4 people having private massages all at once in peace and quiet in privacy which was so much better than going out. Location was great,it is at the end of a quiet street and we walked to Legian street to the shops and our favorite restaurants.
