Beautiful Villa Anis is situated in a small safe lane off from Jl Drupadi, in the heart of trendy Seminyak, close to beach, restaurants and boutiques. The Villa is a quiet and relaxing Oasis. Located on a 7 minutes walk to the "Gado gado" beach and a 5 minute walk to fashionable Jl Oberoi, with all the popular and hip restaurants and boutiques.
The large inviting pool is 14m in length and in the beautiful lush garden you find lots of orchids and tropical flowers.

The Villa is quietly situated in a lane off from Jl Drupadi in Seminyak.
Its very easy to take a taxi to any location needed. Taxis are passing by all day and evening in Jl Drupadi.
Parking for a car and motor bikes is available in front of the villa.
Villa Anis is located in a safe Villa Area.
There are a few nice small restaurants on a few minutes walk, and lots of Hip and Hot restaurants in Jl Oberoi on a 5 min walk.
Next to the vila is a newly opened Spa "Aspya", owned by a Australian lady.

We are frequent travelers to Bali and have stayed at a variety of Villas in Seminyak over the past 12years and found Villa anis ticks all the boxes for us. The property is well cared for by long term staff and friendly Villa owner, Anna. Everything works !! Extremely comfortable rooms, beautiful large pool and lovely garden. Located in quite lane just off jalan Drupadi makes it easy to walk or grab taxi or have your own scooter to get around without a hassle. We will definately be back.

Villa is uitermate mooi en uitgebreid. Met een groot zwembad, kamers gelijkvloers gelegen aan een mooie, groene tuin en een lekkere buiten "huiskamer" met keuken.
Hoewel maar 10 minuten van het strand en 200 meter van het centrum, een rustige locatie. Alles zeer goed onderhouden en schoon, de mensen die hiervoor zorgen zijn na de vakantie meer goede vrienden dan dat je ze ziet als personeel. Travelled to Bali with my wife to rendezvous with our Hong Kong based daughter for the Chinese New Year break.
Villa provided two separate airport pick ups which was appreciated (although you need to pay for departure transfers which s strange). Our daughter wax already ensconced when we got in late. First impression once entering through a door in a wall was terrific. Lovel big pool. Frangipani trees hanging over it. Big open lounge/kitchen at the far end. The bedrooms are as the photos. Great a/c. For the experienced traveller perfect location. Just away from the tourist mob but only a 5 minute walk to Jalan Oberoi where all the nice shops and restaurants are (or a 0.50 cent cab ride). There is a cab passing the top of the lane every 30 seconds (I recommend the Bluebird brand) and they are sooo cheap.
We were in the pool, which is really big, at leas 4 times a day. Before breakfast, couple of times through the day, then after returning from another ridiculously inexpensive dinner somewhere. It's a highlight.
The staff are the every day to clean everything, even dishes, pot and pans if you decide to cook or eat in, and on the first morning they cook you breakfast (included).

I stayed here in November and feel guilty has I haven't posted this reveiw until now, but I'm hesitant to share just how good this Villa is. Having travelled to Bali many times in the past 15 years, I've experienced the growth and the many different types of accomodation available. Isis presents it all, the beauty, the serenity is captured behind these very private, safe walls. Anna's herself and staff make you feel very welcomed, and the breakfast, the cleanliness, the pool are outstanding. When you venture out, the best Restaurants and Bars in Bali are just around the corner.
Just a brief insight, to why I'll return time and time again, that is, unless to many of you read this, and it's booked !!!

Our all to short stay at this beautiful villa left us wanting to come back again next year. And we will. It was close to everything; the beach, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, but an oasis when it came to escaping the chaos that is Seminyak these days. Floating in the pool eyes on the pretty garden, waiting for breakfast to be served made for the perfect start to perfect days.

I had the best time in Bali. But that was not only due to the country and people but is was because of this magnificent villa! It has all the luxury you can wish for and the pool area is absolutely a spot where you can completely relax. The staff was so amazing, always helpful, kind and willing to assist you in everything. I still think back of my birthday party where they surprised me with a beautiful cake.

Have spent one year in Seminyak and couple of weeks after my arrival have moved in to "Villa anis", spent there almost couple of months and I highly recommend this place, without any doubts it will make your stay memorable! Have sent after my staying some friends and they are still thanking me for the tip.
Why?
Because the place it's simply beautiful, built with extreme care in all the details, with a big pool that gets sun most of the day giving you the chance to enjoy it throughout the night with it's inviting water temperature.
Because the staff, while being very friendly and welcoming is, at the same time, very discrete and efficient ready to help at any time, delicious breakfast are prepared and served according to your requests.
And last but not least, because of the location, for different reasons very hard to get anything better then this if you want to be right in the middle of the bustling Seminyak scene without being bothered by it.
I miss it so much!!!
