Située en plein centre de Seminyak, à très courte distance à pied de la fameuse Jalan Legian réputée pour ses nombreuses boutiques de créateurs, à 2 minutes des commodités (market, poste, change, gsm, web,.), à 3 minutes de la rue de la soif ou 5/10 minutes à pied de la plage, la villa Kangin se situe également à moins de 5 minutes à pied de plusieurs restaurants.
L’aéroport international se trouve à environ 20 minutes en voiture.
Bâtie sur un terrain de 3 ares pour environ 120m2 de surface habitable, la villa Kangin se repartie
en L autour d’une piscine centrale bleu lagon de 7mx3m entourée d'un jardin tropical.
Composée de 2 bâtiments de style tropical moderne, la villa KANGIN offre un 1er bâtiment abritant la pièce de vie. Cette dernière se compose d’un séjour avec TV écran plat par satellite (chaines internationales dont TV5 la chaine française)/ lecteur DVD/lecteur CD, un espace salle à manger et un coin cuisine entièrement équipée… le tout largement ouvert sur la piscine et le jardin.
Le 2e bâtiment abrite les 2 chambres qui sont strictement identiques : elles mesurent environ 20m2 possèdent un lit de 2MX2M avec moustiquaire, climatisation, ventilateur de plafond, TV par satellite, un dressing et une jolie salle de bain attenante façon jardin (douche).
Autour de la piscine un grand GAZEBO représente le lieu idéal pour une sieste ombragée ou recevoir un massage, tandis que des chaises longues accueilleront ceux qui préfèrent se prélasser au soleil.
Une douche extérieure permet de se rincer après le bain.
Personnel de maison :
• Une femme de ménage à mi-temps de 9h00 a 15h00 s’occupe également de l’entretien du jardin.
• 1 pisciniste venant 3 fois/semaine dans la journée
• 1 gardien assure de nuit la sécurité de la villa en l’absence des locataires

Located in the heart of Seminyak, a very short walk from the famous Jalan Legian known for its designer shops , 2 minutes from the amenities (market , post office, exchange , mobile phones, web . ) , 3 minutes from Street thirst or 5/10 minute walk from the beach , the villa Kangin is also located less than 5 minutes walk from several restaurants.
The international airport is about 20 minutes by car.
Built on a plot of 3 acres to about 120m2 of living space, the villa is distributed Kangin
L around a central blue lagoon pool 7mx3m surrounded by a tropical garden.
Consisting of two buildings of modern tropical style, the villa offers a Kangin first building housing the living room . The latter consists of a living room with flat screen TV with satellite ( international channels including the French channel TV5 ) / DVD / CD player, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette ... all opening onto the pool and the garden.
The second building houses the two rooms are identical: they are about 20m2 have a 2mx2m bed with mosquito net, air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, a dressing room and a nice bathroom suite garden way (shower) .
Pool large GAZEBO is the ideal place for a shaded nap or get a massage , while chairs welcome those who prefer to bask in the sun .
An outdoor shower allows you to rinse after bathing.
House staff:
• A maid part time from 9:00 to 15:00 is also responsible for the maintenance of the garden .
• 1 piscinist from 3 times / week in the day
• 1 night guard ensures the safety of the villa without tenants
