Charming 3 bedroom townhouse villa located in the heart of Seminyak .
With contemporaneous style, this villa offers all the comfort needed to enjoy a relaxing and beautiful holiday.
3 large bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom, a large open living area overlooking your private pool and tropical gardens.
Fully equipped kitchen where our friendly staff will come and prepare breakfast for you every morning. She will also take care of all the cleaning ensuring you a stress free holiday.
Villa also has a private parking area and is located in a quiet area, but only 3mn walk to the famous Oberoi street; be amused by the endless shopping street of local and international restaurants , fashion retail , spas, cafes , 24 hour supermarket and a 24 hour emergency clinic . Your choices are just endless.
It also is just a 15 minute walk to the famous Kudeta (Seminyak beach) where you can enjoy stunning sunsets while sipping your favorite cocktails.

“Fantastic stay at villa lumut”
We had a fantastic stay at villa lumut. Beautifull villa with three large bedrooms. Every day we had great service of kadeh. We recommend this villa.
