Imagine yourself jumping in your boat, moored at your own private dock, and heading out to the Laguna Madre Bay or just relaxing poolside watching the boats pass by as the sun sets over the channel and the Bay. Fish directly off your dock or swim in your private tropical pool. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage on your private balcony overlooking the water or on the beach within a short walk.

The primary living area upstairs has two full walls of glass providing incredible views of the water and South Padre Island sunsets. A second living room downstairs opens to the pool, is furnished with fun bright lounge chairs and is complete with a wet bar, refrigerator and a third bedroom. Your guests or your kids will love having their own space downstairs away from the upstairs dual suites.

How do damage deposits work?
