Modern apartment for max. 4 people situated in the center of Split, only 100 meters from the Split old town and the World famous Diocletian's Palace dating back to the Roman age. The apartment (50 m2) has two sleeping rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a small balcony where you can relax yourselves or smoke as it is the only place in the apartment where smoking is allowed. The large room is equipped with one extra comfortable double bed and an extra bed / sofa meanwhile the smaller one has one comfortable single bed. The apartment is located in the center of Split, only 100 meters from the old town where all major attractions are situated. The Port of Split, the bus and the train station are also very close to the apartment as they are all less than 200-300 meters away or less than 3 minutes by foot. If you arrive from the airport, the bus station is also located in the Port therefore you can reach the apartment by foot in less than 5 minutes. The apartment is suitable for all profiles of guests - as for young people who want to have fun as for those who want to stay near the old town of Split and "Riva" promenade. The sand beach of "Bacvice", the most attractive beach for youngsters is up to 10 minutes by foot meanwhile the Diocletian's Palace, the major attraction of Split (palace built by the roman emperor 1.700 years ago, today world heritage protected by UNESCO) is less than 100 meters far away from the apartment.

We were referred to Umberto's apartment by friends. It was clean and comfortable. It is only a couple of blocks from all the historical sites of Split.
Umberto was also very helpfull with his contacts in car rentals etc.
Overall and excellent stay. -

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was well located, spacious, clean and had every mod con you could ever require. The host was very friendly, efficient and helpful from the welcome bottle of local wine to his driving us to the airport when we left. Well worth a stay, I would highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for 6 nights at the start of September with our three year old son. We found it to be well equipped and with a nice amount of space for a small boy to run around in. The washing machine in the bathroom was very useful as we had been travelling. The beds were comfortable and, in fact, we found the entire apartment very comfortable. It is a two minute walk from the Old Town, Diocletion's Palace etc. It is also very close to the harbour and bus station but it is situated in a nice quiet street, for all that. Umberto was very hospitable and welcoming and checked o us on a number of occasions. He had wine and beer to welcome us when we arrived and he was very helpful in recommending places to go and to eat. I would highly recommend a stay and we all loved the atmosphere in Split. The apartment is located near to the center, to the port and the super market so easy to arrive everywhere without using public transportation. Inside of the apartment is very modern and so cleaned. I admire also to the owner, he is very gentle and helpful and has good hospitality. We enjoyed very comfort staying in Split, the beautiful and lively city.. I would like to come again!!

Appartamento molto bello, pulito,silenzioso e con tutti i servizi wi-fi e tv.
Estremamente comodo per la visita della città poichè a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, dal porto e dal lungomare.Il proprietario Umberto è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione sulla città.
Lo consiglio vivamente!!!
