Our vacations suites are located in a peaceful and quiet street, just minutes away from the sands of Tel Aviv beach, popular restaurants, shopping options, and near the city bus lines.
We offer personal, warm hospitality and comfortable relaxing rooms that includes (among other ) a double bed sofa in the leaving room.. we can also offer an extra bed and extra mattress !

Clean and convenient Tel aviv apt
My wife and I stayed here in apt c for a week in July. Guy was very easy to work with and always available. The apartment had a large comfortable bed two tvz with satellite service and many English channels. There was also wifi access. The the apartment is very convenient and walking distance to many great restaurants and beaches. The even walked to old yaffo! We had a great stay.

Highly recommended place
A rare combination of a central location, proximity to the beach, and quietness. The apartment was everything that had been promised in its description and even better. Seven minutes of slow walk to the excellent Frishman beach along the street that has a shaded side at any time of day and a nice food store open 24/7.

Excellent for Business and Private Travel
I'm visiting Tel aviv on a regular basis for business travel. During my September stay, I also brought my Family for vacation. Instead of choosing a hotel, we went for the Dov Hoz apartments. We have been very pleased with the overall service. Those apartments are in a very good location in the center of Tel aviv. The neighborhood is excellent with shopping, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Other than many locations that I visit for many business travels a year, the Dov Hoz apartments also had some individual style. You can absolutely see that interior has been designed with the heart. So it really got me some insides of living in Tel aviv, rather than staying at a location where there are thousands of the same style. Staying here felt really good, I will be returning. It's a strong recommendation for business and private travel.

Great place
Lovely place to stay. Had slight difficulty locating the extra mattresses [only found one ] and bedding for our 3 children - 21yrs, 19 yrs , 15 yrs to use in the sitting room but the owners were very quick to resolve the issues. Flat description accurate. Location great and beaches fantastic. Information about location of best supermarkets would be useful. Would definitely stay again if we return to Tel aviv.

Roomy apartment in a Great Location
I stayed here for two weeks, most of the time spent in one of the apartments and a few days in the other. The location is very good and the apartments are larger than others I have stayed in on a past trip. I was allowed late check out, due to a late flight out and that was a big help. I would stay here again.

A place to call home (cool home:)
My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the unit (and wished we could stay longer). The apartment is very clean and well equipped. It is a unique mix of authentic Tel aviv building with a modern zen like unit. We had great service by the management. They were very responsive and helpful in offering any thing we needed. We rented a car and ended up not using it as much because the apt location is very convenient near the beach and lots of delicious restaurants nearby. If you end up renting a car ask about parking they offer parking at attractive price and that is a big plus because parking can be somewhat expensive. All together great experience we will defiantly will be back.

Why the price the same for all rooms ?
Why the price the same for all rooms when some are far better than the others?
The windows allow too much noise in from the very busy street corner. Also an energy waste considering the air Conditioner.
Location was optimal for both the beach and beyond.
The host were kind and friendly.
Would more than likely book again, hopefully the interior would be brought up to 21 century...smile

Great apartment. Very well located.
Very clean and comfortable apartment. Well equipped. Located in a quiet side street in a great area of Tel aviv. Bars, Cafes, Restaurants, Supermarkets and Beach all in close walking distance. The landlord was very nice and very helpful. Highly recommended.

My family of 5 visited the beautiful country of Israel in July . Our accommodation were excellent. The owner, Guy went out of his way to may sure we felt at home. We actually had two apartments and did not regret one moment. We walked to the beach, Tel aviv market, and to nearby restaurants. There is a great Juice bar and Filafel shop nearby.

Good flat in a great location
This was an excellent apartment in a fantastic location. It is a short walk from the beach and an even shorter walk from the shops and cafes of Dizengoff.
Good bedroom, nice kitchen/lounge. Good bathroom. Very clean. Aircon works well- crucial in the summer.
Tel aviv is a pricey city so this wasn't bad value considering. As a couple with a baby, the accomodation was very good. If we needed anything doing, the management were efficient at getting it done.
I would definitely stay again

Perfect placed clean apartment
Stayed with 2 adults and 2 teenagers in apartment B 9 night. Everything was perfect arranged. Apartment was clean. Placed in perfect walking distance near to the beach and also near the the Dizengoff street (about 5 min walk). Walking distance to Jaffo about 3 km along the beach. Owner was helpful and polite. We would appreciate to come back to this place again.

guy's staff-Lior is very attentive and personal. the location and the apt are great.
i do believe they need to get a better cleaning stuff .
the bed is very comfortable but the couch in the LR needs to be replaced. it is not comfortable to sit at all.

Fantastic apartment

Nice clean apartment at a superlocation
We stayed at the apartment with our 8 month old and had a great time. The location is fantastic, 5 min walk to the beach. The kitchen was very complete and everything was very clean. The balcony is small but it's nice to be able to go outside. Quiet neighbors. We can definitely recommend this place!

Loved my little home in Tel Aviv
I couldn't have asked for a better location. If I wanted the beach it was a very short walk. If I wanted the bustle of the city it was so close. Stores and restaruants were all in the neighborhood.
I couldn't believe I had two large flat screen TV's in my little flat. If I had any problems they were resolved that very day. The owners were always willing to please and to listen to my suggestions. They were always friendly and cooperative.
I would look forward to coming back for another visit next year.

Amazing Rental Experience
The apartment I stayed in was beautiful and in a great location. Located in the heart of Tel Aviv, just on the corner were delicious restaurants, the best shopping and fun night life. In the other direction, just a few blocks were the goregous beaches of Tel Aviv - an absolutely perfect location. The apartment was bigger than expected and very clean. I loved that there were two TVs in the apartment with cable and English channels as well as Hebrew. The kitchen was up to date and had everything needed if I wanted to cook a meal or make a cup of coffee, the bathroom was clean. Overall, it was a great experience and I would love to stay in the same apartment on my next visit to Tel Aviv.

We stayed here for our honeymoon.
We loved our apartment with a small balcony, it looked exactly like on the pictures. Especially the bed was very comfortable. There was a washing mashine (to share with another apartment), what we did not expect. The owners are very nice and everything was without any problems.
The location is really great, in a small street right away from the beach.
We will definitely come back

The apartment was ideally located close to every thing.It was clean and Guy was great . The toilet needed some attention late Friday night and Guy took care of it very quickly. We have recommended Guy and this apartment to our friends. When we come to Tel Aviv ,I will want to stay there.

Almost like home
The apartment is very well located in a lovely residencial area and only a 6 minute walk to the sea, near restaurants and a mall. It was very comfortable and had a lot amenities. We had some difficulty with the written instructions for the bathroom hot water and the working of the TV. Howerver, the managers were responsive to any questions. We certainly would stay there again and recommend it. The only negative was an inconvenience due to the fact, the apartment is a "walk-up", there is no elevator should someone need it.

A Good Visit
We really enjoyed our stay at Dov Hoz 6. The owner was very helpful and
friendly. The apartment met all our needs. The kitchen was fine and the
bathroom was very nice. It was great having a small terrace. The location
could not be better. Our advice to the landlord is to spend a small amount on
more decorations and maybe some new furniture. There wasn't a problem, but
with a little extra a 4 star apartment could be a 5 star apartment.

That's really all there is to say - the service and the stay were both great. Lior, Erik's brother was always around incase we ever needed anything and they were very fast to reply to any phone calls or emails we had. Everything they promised!!
I loved this apartment! I was traveling alone with my 7 and 10 year old children and was looking for a safe, convenient and comfortable place to stay. This was all three! I spoke to Erik a number of times before finalizing my reservation. He made a lot of promises about the condition of the aprtment, the convenience etc. I was optimistic but skeptical. When we arrived, everything was exactly as he promised. I've rented two other apartments in Tel Aviv and never found anything even half as nice as this. I saw each of Erik and Guys' apartments and I would stay in any of them! These apartments were CLEAN and had everything we needed. (I have already told many people to stay there, so it may be difficult to find an open date.) :-)

Great location, good value
We spent two weeks in Tel Aviv mostly visiting relatives but also enjoying the many and diverse joys of Tel Aviv and Israel. It was the first time renting an apartment (rather than staying in beachfront hotels). This is close to the beach but also to virtually everything in Tel Aviv. (A good walker could walk to Jaffa.)
Since this was a 'first', after we arrived we checked out a few of the 'also-ran' places we had considered and this was by far the best. It didn't compare with a hotel stay at all but the balcony was a plus, the kitchen was more than adequate, the owners were very prompt in addressing the lack of hairdryer when we arrived which we had requested.
It's what we've come to think of as typical Israeli - spartan but very functional. We'll do it again the next time we go.
As a tourist tip - check out the free walking tours offered by the tourist office located on the beach strip several days a week - great value with knowledgable guide.

A truly 'amazing' apartment!
The service i recieved from guy and his partner was wonderful, they went out of there to be helpful during the entire process from booking to departure. I stayed in the smaller apartment and thought it was lovely. It was spacious, light, comfortable and had everything i needed during my stay, fully equipped kitchenette and a small but smart new clean bathroom. I was thoroughly pleased with my choice. The location was great it wasn't until i arrived and went off exploring that i realised i was in the centre of it all, and the beach 5 minutes walk away was fantastic and plenty of local shops and cafes. What i liked most about the apartment is that i was left alone during the stay, free to come and go as and when i liked without being under watchful eyes like in a hotel, staying in amazing apartments made for a much more relaxing vacation. The thing i liked least.... having to leave.

Great Apartment! We will come back...soon!
Guy and the other guys worked hard to make our stay at Dov Hoz great. We stayed in apartment A with our 8 month old and felt as if we were in our own apartment. It is a convenient, centrally located apartment with all of the amenities of a comfortable apartment including a balcony, good sunlight inside, a washer and dryer, air conditioning, flat screen tv and wireless internet connection. They provided a crib with sheets and other stuff for our infant. There was one minor glitch with the TV, but Guy worked on fixing it as quickly as possible. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Tel Aviv!

Amazing Location!
Great spacious apartment. The rooms were comfortable and very functional. Car park is certainly an advantage (if you have a car). The location is just amazing!

Perfect for us
The apartment completely suited our needs. Besides being close to the beach, this compact accomodation had everything that was on our list --central air (and boy, did we need it in July!), full kitchen, washer and dryer, full tub and nice shower, and TV's in both living room and bedroom.
Our landlords, Guy and Eric, could not have been more accomodating and were always available to provide additional supplies if needed and to answer questions. The apartment is modest-looking, but very clean and well arranged. It is up one flight of stairs, which was fine for the three of us. We would certainly stay there again.
