Response from the owner when the tenant first came to the apartment she meet the maneger and did not complain for cleaning and say nothing . I did tell here that we always want to improve and if there is problem we always fix it . the apartment was clean and ready and there was plenty of linen in the closet and also under the bed , they just didn't contact us all the 2 week ! .
