It's just minutes away from the sands of Tel Aviv beach, popular restaurants, shopping options, and near the city bus lines.

great service, owners responded almost immediately to concern, small two bedroom but functional and well worth the money. when i came back i will stay there aand would reccomend it to anyone who is looking for a fair deal in the heart of tel aviv.

The apartment was is the perfect location exactly what I wanted. I was able to make a complete dinner in the kitchen. Only 1 complaint, I had to leave the door open to get the ac. Besides that it was great.
Comfortable bed, clean, nice bathroom, and walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. I really enjoyed my early morning coffee at Dallal's a few steps away. -

The vacation home in Neve Tzedek was perfectly suited to my needs while attending a dance workshop at the Suzanne Dellai Center. The home is located in the Suzanne Dellai yard and overlooks a quiet square from the roof deck. There is a theatre, cafe and restaurant in the square - a short walk to the beach/shopping made the stay convenient for walking. The home was well equipped and well kept-a little hot in July but there is air conditioning. Access to the roof deck is a steep staircase through the master bedroom. Lovely for coffee in the morning or to look out over the square at night.

The apartment is located in a cool spot in the artsy area of tel aviv. It's a single unit so you don't have to go through a lobby or elevator. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the area as well as you're walking distance to everything in Tel aviv.
The people running the place are relaxed and accommodating, a true no hassle experience. They are very attentive to your needs. -

we stayed here (6 females) for our first stop in our short tour of Israel. The location is great, the apartment is within the courtyard of the Susan Dallal centre.
Small apartment (tiny bathroom) but it served our needs, would be ideal for a couple or smaller group. The little roof garden is an added bonus giving a lovely place to sit and relax.
10 - 15 walk to beach. Neve Tsedek is a charming place to stay. Fantastic views to old Jaffa from the beach.
Arrived late at night but had keycode for door lock so we had immediate access to apartment. Owner gave us a lift to bus station on departure. Very helpful.
Would definitely stay here again sometime. -

Right in the heart of Nevet Zedek...
Very private, modern facilies, beautiful terrace, clean and very convenient for check in.
On the downside, the bathroom is quite small and one of the rooms is tiny, just enough for sleeping.

Had a great stay in this apartment, clean and well furnished, good shower and kitchen. Fab area, lovely restaurants lots of bars, and close to the beach. Tip; Can’t drink the Tel Aviv tap water! so buy bottled water when you arrive and essential shopping including salt, sugar, tea etc. All shops closed when arriving late or on a Sabbath! Evert

Guy and arik were very good landlords. They were relaxed and not intrusive but when I needed help with the internet, they were on top of it and got it fixed quickly. Yechieli 3 is comfortable, opens onto a large and attractive public space, and is in a really nice neighborhood. I'll stay there again on my next visit to Tel aviv.

Overall a nice place...the location is really great.
A couple of recommendations;
The roof deck is great, however, there are SO many stray cats around and it really smells horrific of cat pee. And one morning I stepped in cat poop. It need to be sprayed or something because it was quite disgusting.
Also, it would be great to have the basic condiments (sugar, salt, pepper, etc) for cooking purpose...when visiting for short period one don't rally want to buy all this stuff just to cook a few meals.
