Description
You will love waking up each day to enjoy the amazing lake view and frequent visits from our wildlife friends. We provide all the amenities from home so your vacation is simple to plan and easy to enjoy. We even provide firewood! The new game room offers fun for kids and adults of all ages! We have created a warm, inviting and peaceful place to relax. We know you will have a special time at our home and hope we can be your hosts!
Our private back yard oasis has something for everyone! Fish off the dock, take in the sun, sand and specular lake views from the beach, relax in the 6 person hot tub and enjoy the firepit, roasting marshmallows, telling stories and making memories! Take a ride around the lake on one of our watercrafts. We offer 2 canoes, 2 single kayaks, 1 tandem kayak and 2 stand-up paddle boards are included with your stay from April-Oct/Nov, weather permitting. (All guests must sign at waiver in order to use the watercrafts.)
Summer months we offer portable window air conditioners in each bedroom and 2 wall units for the living and dining room.
Bed Summary: 4 Queen Beds, Twin/Full Bunk Bed, Twin/Twin Bunk Bed, 1 Full size sleeper sofa, 1 Queen size sleeper sofa, 2 pack-n-plays. Crib mattress for toddlers to sleep comfortably on the floor.
Total occupancy is 14 individuals, Max Adults is 12. Twin Bunk Beds can not accommodate adults.
We are a family friendly home. Parents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group. The person making the reservation must be at least 30 years of age. We do not accept any reservations for parties or proms.
We want you to be completely comfortable here and our goal is to make your stay MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED from start to finish! To ensure an enjoyable experience, feel free to ask me about anything you are unsure of about. If you are traveling for a special occasion please let us know!
The first floor features spectacular panoramic views of the lake. The open living and dining room has 20 foot vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and 75 inch Roku Smart TV with BOSE speaker so you can stream all the latest shows and movies.
Dining room has seating for 10 and a high chair. The kitchen has all the items you needed including a coffee pot, Keurig, microwave, baking items, griddle, crock pot, blender and more!
First floor also has a full bathroom and one Bedroom with a queen bed, 32 inch Roku Smart TV and Ceiling Fan.
Second floor includes 4 bedrooms and one full bathroom. All bedrooms have a smart TV and portable AC units during the summer.
The basement includes a washer and dryer, gas fireplace and walkout to the lake, beach and hot tub. The game room offers fun for kids and adults of all ages! Enjoy the Pool table, Air hockey table, Dual Mini-basketball ball game, Outrun Driving Game, Star Wars Pinball Machine and Multi Arcade game with 48 of the best games from the 80's – Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Centipede, Frogger, Pinball & More! Sitting area offers a 55 inch Smart TV, PS3 or bring your own system and Queen sleeper sofa.
Fire up the grill and enjoy the outdoors on the deck with seating for 10 and a kids picnic table. We also provide firewood for the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit.
Community quite hours are from 10pm to 9am.
Our Community and Township Ordinances require the following when you make a reservation.
All guests (Adults and children) and vehicles are required to be registered on the community registration form. You will also need to complete a lease agreement and provide a copy of an ID. Only the persons listed on the lease agreement and community forms are allowed to be at the property. We can be fined and even lose our license to rent our property if anyone misrepresents the number of people and ages of those at the property.
** We can only accommodate up to 12 adults (Ages 13 and above), with the maximum of 14 guests of those ages 2 to 12.
Linens and towels included.
Check in 4:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am. Late check out is offered for a fee. Ask for details.

Response from the owner We apologize for the issue with the hot tub. It was treated the day before arrival and was fine. I understand the kids went in the tub before you inspected it. Had we received a call to notify us of a concern we could have sent someone out immediately to address the issue. We are always available for renter concerns. We have since had the tub drained, sanitized, refilled and treated as a result of your concern. This is done on a regular basis. As I understand you still were able to enjoy the hot tub and its view of the lake. Regarding toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags and such, we do communicate ahead of your stay that these things are not provided and you need to bring your own. To clarify about the basement it is unfinished but it is heated for comfort when you are using the pool table and laundry room. In speaking with your sister in law about your experience she did say you had a wonderful time, which we are very happy about. Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We are always looking at ways to improve the house for renters comfort. Lisa Butler
