Have your stay in this tastefully restored house restored to the highest level and in respect of Italian traditions. Placed on a hilltop in Umbria not far from the Tuscany border, luxuriously furnished with classic european design. The house is surrounded by a terrace of 75 m2 – all covered with the same handmade tiles as used inside the house. View to Lago Trasimeno, Montepulciano and Cortona.

Interior:

Heavy handmade chestnut doors and dark handmade terracotta floors combined with lights walls and beautiful d...aylight gives a peacefully and cosy atmosphere. Comfortable indoor temperature during the summer due to thick walls and shutters and during the winter under- floor heating all over.Television set, satellite, internet, stereo set, and alarm system.

Ground Floor:

Consists of a huge kitchen including cooking island, marble fireplace, double stove, dishwasher and a huge refrigerator. Large dining area with kitchen fireplace and dining seating for 12. Large living room with antique marble fireplace from Tuscany, bay with sofa bed for 2 extra persons. Passage with built-in cupboards. Scullery with washing machine and tumbler. Large bathroom with shower and toilet. Furnace room.

First floor

Accommodation comprises 4 luxurious bedrooms all with en suite marble bathrooms. Under-floor heating which can be monitored individually Master Bedroom The master bedroom furnished with an antique bed post, double bed (180 cm )with large bathroom with travertine marble, the bath with lake view. Large private balcony with view of the lake and afternoon/evening sun. Room 2 has a French balcony overlooking the pool and furnished with French furniture, double bed. White marble bathroom including baby nursery area with Baby cot. Room 3 Double bed and built-in antique Italian closet. Room 4 with heartbreaking lake view and furnished with Scandinavian furniture. Double bed and build-it closet. Bathroom with noce travertine floor and light pink marble in the shower.

Exterior

The garden area of 3.500 m2 has fencing for privacy. The garden includes olive trees, old fashioned roses and an avenue of cypress. Carport with room for 3 cars and iron gate and alarm system installed. 5x12 m private swimming pool all made in light mosaico.   Villa Luna (Casa Nebbie) is amazing. The house was well appointed, the kitchen huge and well stocked, and the view simply amazing. Madeline (the property manager) was very helpful as well. The bedrooms, linens, etc. were also very nice. Really an awesome stay overall. My only two minor complaints are that the living room furniture isn't of the same comfort and quality as the rest of the house, and during our week the Internet was not working. But we're already booking our time here next year.
