Villa Aruna is nestled in a beautiful, tranquil, location overlooking stretches of rice paddies. This quality built residence on 16 are (1,600 sqm) of land has a wonderful sense of openness created within its high ceiling and tall window glasses.
The first floor hosts an open plan contemporary kitchen and the spacious living and dining areas flow through the sliding glass doors to the extended outdoor deck surrounding the swimming pool. A guest toilet with onyx sink compliments the luxury of this area.
The second floor of the main house includes two identical bedrooms, each with its own luxurious marbled bathroom.
The villa has a spacious laundry and a two car garage and an office with separate entrance.
