An outstanding, fully furnished apartment available for rental at Xemxija in the North of Malta. The home is close to the sea and is only a 15-minute walk to Xemxija Bay. It is a 10-minute drive to the largest sandy beach in Malta, Ghadira Bay.

The apartment consists of a vast open plan with a captivating dining and living area. Moreover, the flat has a complete kitchen and 3 comfortable bedrooms with balconies overlooking both sea and country-views. It also consists of a welcoming entrance hall and an en-suite bathroom. The apartment has access to an agile lift and is further rigged with 3 air-conditioners.

Getting around

A 5 minute walk by the bay will get you to the closest bus stop 'Ix-Xemxija', convenience stores, bars and various restaurants specializing in different cuisines. A place of interest which we recommend is Bugibba. It takes about 15 minutes by bus to get there but it is vivacious especially during Summer months. Some other places of interest we recommend you visit are Malta's superb sandy beaches. Ghadira Bay (Mellieha), ta' Fra Ben (Bugibba) and Ghajn Tuffieha (Imgarr), to name a few, are easily accessible by bus. We leave many brochures in the apartment to give you some ideas of how you can enjoy your time in our lovely island.

In the apartment, I leave as much information as one would need to get around in Malta. I also leave the contact numbers of various health centers as well as some contact numbers to call my family and me for any problems or queries should the need arise.

“Just perfect”

Xemxija is a quiet area of Malta. Not too many restaurant and bars, but that what we were looking for. The apartment is in a prime location over looking the bay of St Paul. We met Michelle, our host, on arrival and straight away were impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby, lift, entrance etc...Then we walked into the apartment!!! it is big, it is smart, clean, modern, spacious, it has all the mod cons and plus. the view from the terrace is incredible and has the sun from morning to evening. Basically, it was the perfect location for our 2 weeks stay. Michelle is a great host who explained all we needed to know about the area. we would recommend this place to any body wishing to visit Malta.

“Perfect Apartment”

Just returned from a week in this apartment and it was brilliant. The place is very clean and well decked out with all you’ll need for your stay. Checking in was hassle free and Jason & Michelle were available to answer any questions. The view from the terrace over the bay is magical, especially at night. The main thing about the accommodation though, is IT’S ABSOLUTELY HUGE! The photos on the info page don’t do it justice. The apartment occupies the entire depth of the building it is in, so there are balconies off the double and twin bedrooms at one side and the terrace off the lounge/diner at the other side. I measured 50 paces in a straight line from the balcony to the terrace. Absolutely tiring when you get to the terrace and realise you’ve left something in the bedroom Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys their space on holiday.
