Description The one-room apartment with about 32 m2 area offers a balcony with a beautiful garden view. Bathroom and toilet are separated. A fully equipped single kitchen is available. Internet and satellite TV are available. On request, a telephone connection is available. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. Location: You can do the daily necessities on foot, as well as the public transport in a few minutes walk. The historic center of Aachen is in the immediate vicinity. The spa and bathing establishments are within walking distance in 5 minutes. On-site payable garage parking is available on request. The price depends on the number of guests, the season and the duration of the stay. Minimum nights 2 We look forward to your visit.

From Aachen Hbf express bus line 350 to Maastricht (Netherlands) approx. 15 minutes by bus. To the Chio (riding tournament) 1xUksteigen Downtown Busfolge about 12 minutes Driveway about 25 minutes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rainer (the owner) a message.

If Rainer (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
