Furnished serviced villa with shared swimming pool within a private gated complex with access to your own entrance and your own private lounge, dinning/kitchen area.
The villa is within walking distance to Baastona Total shop (international standard grocery shop). We supply free internet Wifi , satellite tv - GoTv, air condition, backup generator .Transportation 2 minutes walk away with shops. Single bed available at extra cost.
The Villa offers private self-contained area, open- plan space extending into your own private porch area, which is screened to keep out mosquitoes, flies etc. The communal areas including the pool area within the complex are shared with other guest
The Villa is staff 24/7 which means there's always someone on hand to assist with any questions or advice. On check-in there would be staff on hand who will show you round the Villa and handover your keys.
Space
The entire Villa including the porch area, is your own private space. The swimming pool area is a shared space.We have staff on hand 24/7 to call on for assistance. Smoking is permitted in the porche and all outdoor areas.
Other things to note
For electricity - this apartment is fitted with a prepaid meter which will be uploaded with 300 cedis of credit every 7 days during your stay. If your consumption exceeds this amount then it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the additional electricity credit as required.
In the interest of fire and safety, with the exception of the fridge freezer, all electrical appliances and lights should be switched off when leaving the property unattended for any length of time. If this rule is not followed, then we reserve the right to switch off the power source from the main switch outside to protect the property.
As in most developing countries, occasionally there may be a power-cut. In the event of a power cut we have standby a generator.
The internet WIFI is inclusive and the speed and data is set up for normal domestic use. However, if you intend to rely on the internet for business or work purposes then declare as you would be responsible for any extra cost involved in any upgraded required to make it suitable for your specific requirements.
Please switch off electrical appliances when not in use and bring any issues to the attention of the manager. Please look out for welcome information to help you to find information and tips.We provide Free cleaning every 5 days.

Most of guest just prefer to open the windows with mosquito netting behind with the ceiling fan. This approach turns to cool the rooms and as such there is no requirement to switch on the air conditions.
The internet WIFI is supplied by a modem. The customer is responsible for paying for data as required. The staff are always on hand to assist.
Please switch off electrical appliances when not in use and bring any issues to the attention of the manager.c

Response from the owner This apartment is immaculately prepared before every check in so it is very baffling about this one star review. The feedback from the staff is that this woman was very strange and seemed to be mentally disturbed so I am pretty sure this is the reason for the surprisingly low star. It is also disappointing that this lady neglected to bring any of these allegations to our attention as she’s advised to do per our reservation letter whilst she was in the place to afford us opportunity to address the issues in a timely fashion. This also cast doubt on whether there’s any basis for the review. The fact of the matter is that we have received numerous reviews and in excess of 62% 5 star and 30% are 4 star. As such overwhelming majority of guest are appreciative and complementary of our service and their review marking is a more accurate reflection of the quality of our service.
