Description

Fully airconditioned and furnised serviced villa with shared swimming pool within a private gated complex, 24 hour security. Access to your own entrance and your own private lounge, dinning/kitchen area.

The villa is within walking distance to Baastona Total shop (international standard grocery shop). We supply internet Wifi subject to credit top up, satellite tv - GoTv, air condition, prepay electricity meter(the customer is responsible for buying credit) , backup generator .Transportation 2 minutes walk away with shops. Single bed available at extra cost

The Villa offers private self-contained area, open- plan space extending into your own private porch area. The space is relaxing and you also have access to the communal areas including the pool area within the complex.

The Villa is staffed 24/7 which means there's always someone on hand to assist with any questions or advice. On check-in there would be staff on hand who will show you round the Villa and handover your keys.

Space

The entire Villa including the porch area, which is screened to keep out mosquitoes, flies etc, are your private space. We have staff on hand 24/7 to call on for assistance.

Other things to note

For electricity, the villa is fitted with a prepaid meter which will be preloaded with 20 cedis of credit to get you started. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required.Based on an average usage, it will cost around $2 USD a day for electricity consumption. Staff will be on hand to assist. As in most developing countries, occasionally there may be a power-cut. In the event of a power cut we have standby a generator.

Most of guest just prefer to open the windows with mosquito netting behind with the ceiling fan. This approach turns to cool the rooms and as such there is no requirement to switch on the air conditions.

The internet WIFI is supplied by a modem. The customer is responsible for paying for data as required. The staff are always on hand to assist.

Please switch off electrical appliances when not in use and bring any issues to the attention of the manager.

Getting around

Uber is available in the area, so you are free to move with ease! Average prices are $4-$5 a trip. There is also a taxi rank and a bus stop a mere 3 minutes walk from the complex where you can catch a ride to other parts of Accra. Or alternatively staff will be able to call for a taxi on your behalf to come inside the complex. On arrival, an official airport taxi taken from the airport is a good way to check-in. Alternatively, if you would prefer an airport pick-up with a reliable hired vehicle, I can arrange that for you. I can also arrange a good full day car service (or more, if you are touring Ghana).

Response from the owner Thank you for your thorough four star review, in terms of shops and restaurants there are several along the Spintex road including a couple of Chinese, Pizza parlours(Mamas pizza literally on the door step ) and good standard loacal restaurants such Sag. For fast food KFC , chicken Republic, EDDIE’s pizza. You can search online for all these places for more details. As for international standard retail outlet, we have Junction Mall just 5 minutes taxi ride away which offers array of restaurants and Shoprite supermarket for all your groceries. The pool is cleaned three times a week and during this process the filter is turned on so the pool is actually clean all the time. The travel to central Accra is in fact very quick but if you’re a foreigner you have to enquire about the quickest route to take. This is via the Bush road. Also going to East Legon is now much quicker since the opening of the two lane underpass.
