Accra is one of Africa's safer capitals in Africa and it is easy to get around Accra by taxi or other public transportation and rental cars. Most of the areas are quite walkable

Our location is an exclusive area for Vacation, Business and Group Travelers. This vacation home is located at Dzorwulu, 4 miles from the Kotoka International Airport. It's main entrance is conveniently and directly off the 'N1' George Bush International Highway, and furnished with an excellent blend of North American, European and African touch.
It is suitable for vacationing families, business partners exploring the rich business climate of Ghana or a group of friends or co-worker on the same mission.

Further Details:
Initial electricity provide 30-50ghana Cedis then renters would have to pay for the rest of the electricity by charging their electricity card (caretaker can assist with this), smoking is only allowed outside on the compound but not in the villa.

Power Generator:
We provide a powered generation for guests convenience. If government shut down lights for any reason we will provide battery powered flash lights. Should a guest prefer to use a generator we will provide the guest a functional generator only as available (It usually is). Guests are however responsible for buying their own petrol/gas.
Because our water system dependent on electricity, we provide the first full tank of petrol/gas in the generator strictly for water circulator WHEN LIGHTS ARE SHUT DOWN BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR ANY REASON. Guest are however free to use the generator for an extended period but must refill the tank when the fuel finishes so that their water can flow. Our caretaker can assist with this.
Wi-Fi Provision:
We provide Wi-Fi that last for a month on normal usages (Surfing the web, checking emails, etc.) However, guest if free to use the Wi-Fi for data intensive applications such as Skype, Viber, Tango, Heavy document downloads, etc. AS LONG AS GUESTS UNDERSTANDS THAT guests will recharge the Wi-Fi credit If what we initially provide runs out.
Security System:
High Walls and Private Secured Gate!!! The entire property is protected with fully functional high powered security cameras that covers almost 360 degrees of the compound. In addition we offer a life presence on the compound on a part-time bases, usually at night. The gardener is mostly around during the day to maintain the compound. Also, our management crew are often around in person to check on guest to see if they need anything. They will occasionally opt to stay in touch by telephone but they are around in person for the most part or just a phone cal away.
Housekeeping:
Our housekeeping crew will, with your permission, enter the house to clean the entire house and change the bedding as well as replace the towels. THIS OCCURS EVERY 3 DAYS unless you request ir more frequently

We provided 1500 Water reservoir. Should last for weeks but excessive use will require top up and guest pays for it...about $20 equivalent if at all.
We provide FREE WIFI for surfing the internet, emails. Voice usage will runout the data plan and guest will have top up.
