Description

Pool side/sunny side apartment is in a quiet low rise Ocean Park complex with security gate and 1 car park space.

7 min walk to La Pinta beach and Puerto Colon beach and marina.

5 min walk to San Eugenio shopping center.

Excellent restaurants and bars nearby, supermarket on front of the complex and bar serving food all day and showing live football. Ideally situated for all amenities, walkway leads directly to beach. 15 min walk to Auqapark.

Bus stops to Siam Park and Siam Mall and local buses right in front of the complex. Championship golf course 15 min car drive away.

Approximately 30 euro taxi fare to/from airport.

To get monthly discount please book for 30 or more days

Bedroom with twin beds (can go together for double).

In the living room there is a sofa-bed (when unfolded can sleep 1 person). Cable TV (UK,Spanish, Italian, German and local), not shared internet Wi-Fi, Fan.

Bathroom - toilet and shower also washing machine. All fully tiled with vanity unit basin. Has small hairdryer.

Kitchen: four burner hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster,blender, coffee maker, bar table and chairs. All plates, glasses etc and cooking utensils. There is an Iron with ironing board.

Double balcony / patio: balcony gets sun all day. Overlooking pool. Patio chairs (4) and table. 2 sunbeds. Retractable double balcony tent to create shade when needed.

There is also a sofa bed on the balcony to spend lazy sunny days in the shade. Under sofa-bed there is also a bunk bed for 1 person.

Towels, linen and beach towels are included.

Security safe is available in the bedroom.

Getting around

If you come for just beach and sun then you do not need to rent a car. Everything will be at your front door. To see mount Tide I would recommend to buy a guided bus tour. It is most convenient option to get to the cable car station at the foot of the Tide peak. You do not have to be concern with the parking it will wait for you if you do decide to go all the way up. Bus tours usually go with scenic route and stop on most interesting places on the way up and down. To get to Siam part and Siam shopping mall you can get a dedicated Siam bus which stops just outside of the apartment complex. AuquaPark is within walking distance.

Interaction with guest

On day of your arrival I will have a contact person to meet you at the entrance with the keys and to show you the property. To arrange meeting time please contact me in advance with your flight number and arrival time. Airport transfer can be arranged for the same price as local taxi. 30 euro one way. If you require airport transfer please let me know. On a departure day contact person will be there on agreed time to collect the keys and if you booked airport transfer to drive you back to the airport.

How do damage deposits work?
