Description
This stylish 1 bedroom apartment is a part of the nice resort Los Olivos.
Located on the seafront on Playa de Fañabe Beach.
It provides 2 outdoor pools, a gym and a terrace with a pool view, equipped with 2 adjustable sunbeds, table and four chairs.
An apartment is privately owned and was fully renovated recently to give the guests a feeling "like at home".
There is free Wi-Fi zone and guests can book trips and car rentals at the 24-hour front desk.
WiFi within the apartment: terrace and kitchen/living room have good coverage, and the bedroom has no signal.
There is a underground paid parking 1 minute walk away.
Three golf courses are within a 10-minute drive of the hotel and the Plaza del Duque Shopping Center is a 5-minute walk away.
An apartment consists of one bedroom, bathroom, an open kitchen area and a living room. It is located on the first floor.
The apartment has 2 security curtains to have air circulated while windows are closed but no one can get in. The bedroom has a new convenient window installed (information for those, who already been to this apartment before). The security curtain in the living room is electrical, so no need to use force to use it.
The apartment has 2 fans and electronic digital scale.
A bedroom has a double bed. There is a built-in wardrobe and a safe. There is also a second safe in the apartment to make sure all the things like photo equipment is safe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary: 4 ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, extractor fan, normal size fridge, freezer, kettle, built-in microwave oven and toaster.
There are dishes, cutlery, glasses for four, cooking pots and pans, etc.
The comfortable lounge consists of a sofa (double sofa-bed), dining table for four persons, TV, furniture, kitchen.
The new 32" LCD TV has a lot of channels, English, Spanish, Russian. For your comfort there are iron, iron board, hairdryer, washing machine.
Non-smoking inside, no pets allowed. The apartment is cleaned before you arrive, there are linen and towels (2 sets per person). The beach towels are not provided. Beach towels can be bought nearby $4-10. As the sand has very small fractions, it's better to have separate towels, rather than using everyday towels.
Los Olivos has its own pool heated in winter time (01.11-01.04), a beach club, reception, a poolside bar that serves drinks and food and a charming restaurant.
Breakfast and half-board meals are available in the Lagos de Fañabe apartment resort (150m away).

Lunch - 9 euros (13:00-15:00)
Dinner - 14 euros (18:30-21:30)
Half board - 20 euros
All inclusive - 35 euros
As per July 2017 reception had offered me the following discount:
After 3 days in a raw there was -30% discount for breakfast, lunch, dinner or half board.
There are free sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool.
The apartment suits couples or families alike, the bedroom can accommodate a cot if needed, sleeps up to 4 adults using a comfortable double bed and double sofa-bed.
There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby.
5 minutes walking to the supermarkets, 2 minutes walking distance to the seafront and town centre and the bus station.
Tenerife South Airport is 16 km away, which is a 15-minute drive away.
Additional services upon the request: weekly cleaning, any kind of excursions, etc.

“Fantastic fanabe apartment”
Well. .. 4th time at this fabulous apartment in Los olivios fanabe, host is great, communication is second to none, everything in the apartment is modern, bed is fantastic its spotless, there's everything you need, we cook in besides eating out, fanabe plaza minutes walk, promenade and beach a minute walk, fabulous location, great for kids, can't wait to return, fabulous terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs, over looking one of the pools, it's just fantastic thanks Dima yet again

“4th times a charm”
We stay hear most years for three reasons, the beachfront location, the resort its self (very quiet) and the apartment which is well appointed, spotlessly clean and has a great large ground floor balcony area. Comms with the owner are great and we never have a bad time here. Do many great restaurants in the area and the beach is on your doorstep. Key pick up is always instant. And checkout is a doddle.

“Lovely apartment”
We stayed end of April to beginning of May 2019. This is a lovely well situated apartment with everything you could possibly need. I was a bit worried because we've never stayed on the ground floor before , I was worried about security and privacy on the terrace but there was no need. There are shrubs and a wall shielding you from the pool bar (don't worry not noisy at all) and the apartment was very secure. The bed is comfortable and we didn't miss air conditioning at all,don't know about high summer though. Nice and handy for everything in the resort but no rowdiness or loud noise. Oksana who deals with the keys is very helpful. All in all I would recommend this apartment highly.

“Perfect once again”

Some guests ask me before booking on sun availability on the terrace. Personally I have never been there when sun is absent on the terrace. Usually it has 60% of sun and 40% of shade.
