Nice apartment fully furnished with WIFI and Air Condition ,well equipped, modern, comfortable in quiet residence of high standing,very well maintained and ideally located in the centre of Agadir: The apartment consists of: 1 Living room , 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, a large wardrobe and balcony. The second with 2 separate single beds and also with large wardrobe. 2WC, 1 Bathroom, 1modern Kitchen etc.

Big terrace over 200 m² collective with full sky dominant view of the city and the sea

# equipment: almost everything is included:TV,SAT receiver with all german,frensh and arabic programs ,Stereo MP3 with box with connecting to IPhone, SD memory card and USB) are integrated. DVD, Micro wave, coffee machine... .etc Internet ,WIFI and phone calling flatrate included .

Everythings is very near : bancs,pharmacie,italian restaurant and many snack restaurants about 200m .

. Only 4 min walk till the grand Bazaar ( SOUK) 1000 of small stands where you will find everything: absolutely from A to Z (crafts - vegetables and fruits costs and clothing.-memories-spices.... etc.). # to the beach of Agadir you can take a taxi for only 1€ directly from Residence building ,its also close .

Caution is required on your arrival which will be of course all returned if no damage was caused in the apartment . Caution 100€ must be paid on arrival and will be refund it back on departure .

Getting around

everything is near, pharmacy 100m, gardens directly opposite 50m, sevrall small shops and great Italian restaurant in approx. 150 to 400m away. Bakers, butchers, hairdressers, many small restaurants with very reasonable prices but also good food, supermarket, banks, patisserie, teleboutique etc ... everything very close between 50m - 600m To the beach is about 3 till 4 min by Taxi (Fare 1€) , by walk about 15-20min You definitely don't need a car.

The apartment is easy to find as it is on a main road. The road leads directly down to the sea front which is about 20-25 mins on foot. The area is very local and is a 5 min walk to the Souk El Had wh… More
