Much loved by Northern State Visitors and Canadians, this gated community home also attracts many Europeans wishing to sample a true American Lifestyle. Situated away from the noisy and impersonal hotels of the tourist areas, yet central to everything and with good communication roads to East and West Coasts and of course Orlando including all it's attractions. Fantasy of Flight and no less than 5 Golf Courses are only minutes away. Legoland is now open at the former Cypress Gardens site in Winter Haven.
This 2 bedroom en suites home situated in a lovely community provides rest and recreation with access to the busy clubhouse and heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi which has been recently updated, there are also shuffleboard courts, gym and pool table for your recreation.
Beautifully furnished and well equipped this home, in a friendly neighbourhood, is available at affordable rates leaving you with more dollars to enjoy your vacation in the sun. Restaurants are many and various supermarkets and stores abound, all within easy driving distance. The house has been recently updated with a 50 inch TV screen.
All you need to do is book and pack your toothbrush and clothes as all bed linen,towels and white goods etc are provided. Sorry but no, smokers or pets can be accommodated.
Auburndale City Centre has also been extensively renovated and is a beautiful park city centre . Access roads have all now been upgraded to assist your travel throughout the area.

Everything is planned for a good holiday: the dishwasher, the washing machine, the umbrellas are very useful. The place is very pleasant with the air conditioning in all of the parts, the cable TV, wifi, lack nothing as indicated in the list. The house is close to Orlando and to the beach of Tampa approximately 1 hour of road. The place is very quiet for rest after a good day at the beach, or in the many theme parks of Orlando.
