“Wonderful vacation” This villa was more than we expected . Great location , easy drive to all parks. Resturants and supermarket close by. Home is very spacious and nicely decorated. Pool and game room a real plus for kids. Home was very clean and well equipped. High chair and pack n play were there and pool Was heated as we requested. Would definelty rent again.

“Supervisor” It was really nice. We stayed for three nights and we enjoyed it. It was close to the parks, to publix, restaurants, and gas stations. Only one negative was that there were no phone signal.

“Birthday Trip” We were in Orlando celebrating my son's 4th birthday and it was great. The house was clean and very maintained. I spoke with the property manager once, and he gave us some great tips for travel and dealing with the heat. The instructions were clear and we enjoyed our visit.

“Great family home close to everything” We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. This house was perfect and room to spare for additional people if needed. Very well maintained, equipped home. Location was a plus, close to everything, quiet neighborhood. The owner and management team was very quick to respond. Only had to contact them once the morning after arrival, for nothing more than something minor with WiFi. The private pool was a big hit with our grandkids, once the water was warm enough to get in. Definitely would stay here again. Great week.

“Wonderful Christmas stay with kids and grandkids.” I will start out by saying the heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. We went with our two children, their spouses, and four grandchildren and had plenty of room for all. There is plenty of room to hang out so if you want to read or just get away from everyone it is no problem. Very easy check-in. We loved having our master bedroom away from all the others. We used the pool and hot tub every day but it was too cold to eat outside. We were too busy to use the pool table or ping pong table, but they were there if we wanted to use them. We only had a couple of problems, the dishwasher had water in it when we arrived that wouldn't drain, but that was taken care of. Also, the drain in the master bath needs to be unclogged. (We did not mention this to Yogi, if we had he would have fixed it). The other think is the mattresses in one of the bedrooms needs to be replaced. When we took off the sheets at the end of our stay, there is a huge stain on it and the mattress sags to the middle so the two people in the bed slide to the middle. This is an easy fix and I'm sure the owners will take care of this promptly. Nevertheless, this property is well taken care of and we would return here if we were in the area. We use home away and flip key quite regularly and we had another great stay at this home.

“Fantastic” We could not speak more highly of this beautiful and well positioned villa. The managing agents are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The pool was always warm and inviting. “Very Nice Location, Property, and Experience” The booking process was very easy and straightforward. It was much easier than bookings I have done on other sites. I felt my payment and information was secure. The process of checking in and getting access to the condo was very efficient as well. There was a minor hiccup with the entry code, but the customer service line was able to correct it right away. The house was nice and spacious. It had everything we needed to ensure we had a proper vacation. While there were some initial headaches, the owner and customer support line were always there to ensure we were satisfied. The location was great. it seems that there is a lot of development going on in this location. There were multiple places to eat, and shop. It was not far from all of the main attractions. Because of its proximity to I-4, there was minimal traffic. The pool and facilities were clean and comfortable. I met a lot of nice people there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation that is close to all the great things in Orlando.
