Description

Beautiful spacious family sized 2 bed townhouse,located on the legacy park estates at davenport,the house is fully air conditioned. Master bedroom has large en suite with walk in shower,king size bed and large walk in wardrobe .Bedroom 2 has a good size en suite with shower and bath,2 single beds and a walk in wardrobe. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Downstairs is all open plan with a lovely kitchen area with all the mod cons. including dishwasher,washing machine and dryer the house also has his speed wi-fi. There is a lovely large resort style communal pool and hot tub. Disney world is ten minutes drive away and is also close to many golf courses.

How do damage deposits work?
