Appartamento soleggiato e confortevole nel centro di Bad Kleinkirchheim. Questa posizione è il luogo ideale dove trascorrere la vostra vacanza sia in inverno che in estate. La casa si trova proprio di fronte alla stazione sciistica e alle terme romane. E' ideale per trascorrere rilassanti e riposanti vacanze nelle montagne austriache. La casa è grande, luminosa e ristrutturata di recente. L'intero appartamento ha pavimento in legno e misura 120 metri quadrati.Ha tre camere da letto, ciascuna con bagno privato. Un ulteriore sofa bed può essere aperto quando necessario. Un lungo corridoio preserva la privacy tra gli ospiti, mentre la grande cucina e soggiorno è uno spazio caldo da condividere tra familiari e amici. L'appartamento dispone di 2 posti auto(garage e posto privato esterno).E' dotato inoltre di box per deposito sci. L'appartamento è situato nel centro di Bad Kleinkirchheim, proprio di fronte alla stazione sciistica e alle terme romane La vista dal balcone è da mozzafiato.
Dal 07 gennaio al 10 marzo 2023, uno skipass per un bambino fino a 12 anni è disponibile direttamente in appartamento per 1 EUR se almeno un adulto accompagnatore acquista uno skipass per 6 giorni per il comprensorio sciistico di Bad Kleinkirchheim-St. Oswald.
Dal 07 dicembre al 23 dicembre 2023, l'alloggio offre una promozione su uno skipass o sui bagni termali, dove è possibile ottenere 3 giorni al prezzo di 2 oppure 4 giorni al prezzo di 3.
Dal 11 marzo al 10 aprile 2023, la struttura offre uno sconto del 30% su uno skipass di 3 giorni e un ingresso gratuito ai bagni termali.

abbiamo alloggiato per 2 notti.appartamento favoloso 3 camere da letto con 3 bagni...ottima posizione appartamento molto curato,rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Andiamo spesso in questa località a passare qualche weekend di relax alle terme e conosciamo bene gli appartamenti presenti sempre molto curati e puliti ma è impossibile trovarne uno migliore di questo!!! Il proprietario inoltre è una persona molto gentile e molto disponibile
