We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city town center. Here we enjoy Baguio breeze and contemplate mountain scenery.

“Very dissappointing”

This is difficult. I don,'t like giving negative feedback!. However nice as the apartment is, there were several issues, that weren't dealt with at all well. 1. When we arrived from a very tiring 10 hour bus trip. We were met by the woman who manages the apartment as the owner was away in Europe.She was not very friendly, and instead of showing us where every thing was and how it worked. Insisted on doing an inventory of all the equipment right down to spoons!!. 2. There was in fact a saucepan missing which when we requested one as we needed to cook. She said you will have to go and buy one!!! We did eventually get one after calling the host in Europe!! 3. A request for 1 more towel as only 3 supplied for 4 of us was met with "So you want extra there will be a charge. Likewise asking for a second toilet roll we were told to buy our own. A reasonable request for a change of towels after 4 days was refused, even after calling the owner again. So overall service was unfriendly and very poor. 4. The apartment is clean and comfortable with a lovely view. But the location is not good. Unless you have your own transport you are left with a choice waiting for a Jepney or taxi athat are nearly always full and won't stop or with a 30 minute fume filled unpleasant walk to Bagiuo centre!! 5. I found sleeping at night was very difficult due to all the dogs barking Some solo performances and then then the whole choir. This went off and on all night.I understand there is nothing tbe host can do about this. However not sleeping marred my vacation. 6 There were other issues too which I won't go into here. All of which were not dealt with to our satisfaction. So overall I'm afraid I cannot recommend this property.

How do damage deposits work?
