Total relaxation guaranteed in this 'Home from Home' a truly walk in sit down fully equipped Luxury 4 bedroom Villa in the Oldest spa town of BALATONFURED with 3 full bathrooms and 2 visitor toilets (5 toilets in total), refer below for further details. The large landscaped gardens (1,900m2) are mainly lawns & fruit trees with many garden games and a badminton court. The villa is located in a prime location close to all the amenities and tourist attractions in Balatonfured including large water park, yet in a private, quite and secluded area with great views across the Lake to Tihany and Siofok. There are many amenities within walking distance of the villa including 4 great restaurants, bar, supermarket, 2 cafes, children's play park, vine yards where you can dine and participate in wine tasting. Forest walks and endless cycle tracks abound. The main fully serviced and best Promenade anywhere on the lake with beach and parking directly down from the Villa and a 20 minute walk, there is a bus service close by.
The Villa comes fully equipped with quality furnishings/beds, fittings, and towels/bedding and lots more. We have just completed a new 28m2 games room, details below. Total Villa Living Space = 300m2 plus terraces etc. Large fully equipped 65m2 lounge with internet and fast WIFI. There is a heated Jet SWIMMING POOL with the latest technology in the garden (same as what the Olympic swimmers train in), and a covered wooden dining decking area directly off the kitchen that seats 10. For your comfort there is full air conditioning throughout the Villa and for the cooler months there is underfloor heating. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. The price includes cleaning and laundry after each stay and for longer stays there is a once weekly maid service with change of bedding and towels included in the price. There is plenty of off street parking in the two driveways and a teo car car port to keep the cars cool. Balatonfured is the oldest Spa Town at the lake. There is a regular boat service linking many towns around the lake from the Promenade straight down from the villa.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped down to an Nespresso coffee maker. Doors that exit to wooden decking area looking onto the private back garden, BBQ and pool area with views to the lake and forest.
BEDROOMS: 4 double bedrooms all with plenty of wardrobe space and fully air-conditioned with sliding insect screens on the windows. High quality beds all with interior sprung orthopaedic mattresses.
LOUNGE: (65m2) with vaulted ceiling & large panorama glass doors to 40m2 front terrace, spectacular views of Tihany/Siofok + lake Balaton, Bose CD and radio. 3D Smart TV (DVD with 3D movie library)
GAMES ROOM: with A/C, full size slate bed USA professional Pool Table, Dart Board, Bar, Fridge, sitting area with sofa, coffee table and arm chair, flat screen TV with Satellite TV sports channels.
OUTSIDE SPACE: 1,900m2 Large landscaped garden mainly in lawns and full with fruit trees,
JET EXERCISE HEATED SWIMMING POOL. Latest technology from Hydropool with water Jets and 2 Jacuzzi places. Great fun and safe for kids.
TERRACES: with teak garden furniture + sun beds.
PARKING: for 4 cars in drive + 2 vehicle car-port.
GARDEN: mainly in lawns with many fruit trees, bushes, shrubs and flowers.
DECKING AREA: directly off the kitchen with 10 teak dining chairs, and dining table for Alfresco dining.
CLOSE BY: a big water park with flumes, slides, pools and restaurants and cafes. Lake front restaurants, pubs, lake beach area, marinas, cafes, shops, supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, doctor clinic. Boat station with scheduled regular boat service to various locations around the lake. Sailing boats, electric pedalows, Kayaks and wind surf boards for hire. Golf course, tennis courts, bike hire and train station. Horse riding stables a few kilometres outside the town. The possibilities are endless.

It is truly bountiful and tranquil, filled with vine yards and fruit trees, the contrast of the turquoise blue lake and deep green surroundings is striking and stunningly beautiful. The extensive view of the lake from the villa is forever changing throughout the day and seasons. The Habsburg royal family of the Austro-Hungarian Empire had their summer palaces in the town for good reason. Central Europe at its absolute best.
