This lovely cape style home is located just off of North Shore Boulevard (4 houses down on Ploughed Neck Rd). Stunning Marsh views across the street and right around the corner from East Sandwich Beach.
Home was recently updated with a beautiful kitchen and an island that provides additional seating . The Kitchen flows in to the open dining room. On the first floor, you will also find a large living room with HD TV and plenty of seating for your whole family to relax and enjoy.
Bedrooms are upstairs along with a full bathroom. A comfortable king sized bed is in the master . The second bedroom is setup with a full and twin bed. 2 AC window units can be found on the first floor and another one upstairs in one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom has a large ceiling fan to provide adequate circulation.
This home is equipped with high speed internet, cable television, and a washer and dryer. Wood fireplace available off season.
Makes going to the beach as easy as it gets!

Welcome to the Ebenezer Hinckley House, a large antique home built in the 1700s. Walk through the side entrance into a massive updated kitchen with center island, counter seating and two stove tops! Kitchen table over looks the beautiful Cape Cod landscape. Half bath off the kitchen. Two doors off the back of the house open to a large expansive deck. Walk into the main sitting room with oversized fireplace and baby grand piano. Three bedrooms are just around the corner, all on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have their own fireplace! Walk upstairs to the large and spacious master bedroom with queen bed. Also with it's own fireplace. Beautiful master bath attached. This large renovated antique is the perfect spot for you and your family to enjoy all Cape Cod has to offer.
**Three upstairs bedrooms will not be for tenant use and will be blocked off, only Master Bedroom will be available.
** Please note that the second full bath is not pictured, currently under construction. Does have shower and full tub.
