Description
Charming one story beach residence, it was designed by the recognized Mexican Architect Alfonso Moreno. It is located at Musica del Mar Development, near to Coco Beach, 20 minutes north of the Manzanillo airport. 5 minutes away from the Isla Navidad Resort, Marina and a 27 hole golf course.
The Villa was built on a 10,740 square feet surface Lot, with 3,715 square feet build area. Three bedrooms with air condition each. The Master bedroom is very large with its own walk in closet adjoining the bathroom. Two guest bedrooms have their own private bathroom finished in Spanish marble countertops. The hallways and free spaces are generous to create a nice spaciousness.
A beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, fine tropical carpentry, breakfast bar, pantry, appliances and a dining area for entertaining. The Living room has a beautiful built in cabinets for TV and storage. There is also an enjoyable atrium that gives the house an artistic atmosphere. A half bath for guests is included.
The pool area is landscaped to enjoy the outdoor entertainment area which includes a spectacular terrace adjoining the pool. This home is tastefully decorated contemporary style and comes completely furnished.
Service areas includes: fully equipped laundry room, patio, storage and 2 car parking spaces.

“Super holiday”
Lovely well appointed house. Clean. Quiet neighbourhood. Beach is great for long walks but no swimming here. House pool is attractive. Not heated. Our family of 11 had a super time.

Casa Torres is a wonderful beach rental. Secure and tranquil best describes the setting. The house is excellent. The owner and caretakers provide top notch courteous service. We are going back!

“Great private place”
We had a great trip. House is great. Private gated area. We stayed 1 week. Nice big pool. We would definitely go back again. Only thing is Oven didnt work, but was to hot to cook inside anyways
