Just a mile from Attitash/Bear Peak Ski area, this 1100 square foot pond side townhome offers beautiful views of Crawford Pond and the mountains. The peaceful pondside setting, cozy wood stove, and kid-friendly home make our house a relaxing, "everything you need" home for families and couples alike.

There are only 10 condos within our development, allowing for your idyllic private stay. The interior is tastefully decorated and includes linens, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.

1 mile from Attitash, where you can ski in the winter, waterslide and tube in the summer. 10 minutes to North Conway and Mt. Cranmore (skiing). Walk across the street to the Saco River for fun summer swimming. The house is located in a wooded area, so your kids will enjoy "exploring" and viewing the local moose who like to drink from our pond. Also, there is a large grassy area across from the house -- perfect for ballgames and picnics. Swimming in the Saco or Echo Lake is just a 5 minute ride away. iDock stereo for your iPod and free WIFI.
