“Absolutely Wonderful” I hesitate to write this review because I don't want others to book this place. Selfishly, I want it all for myself! Nanci (owner) is absolutely great. She provided us with all of the information and resources that we needed. She was even kind enough to give us her cell phone number if we needed anything. having the two floors was perfect for us. The kids could go upstairs for bed and we could relax downstairs. Having the ability to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinners was also a huge plus. This saved us on money and allowed us to make whatever the kids wanted to eat. The porch and the view from the porch was outstanding. Even though the temperature was in the single digits, we still managed to bundle up and sit on the porch to take in the view for a little while. It's difficult to put into writing just how satisfied and thrilled we were to have this rental to bring in the new year. Having young children this was the perfect way to spend our new year. Not at home, but on a "vacation" with all of the comforts of our own home. I'm already checking my schedule for the summer to try to book again. Nanci, we can't thank you enough.

“Great Location! Beautiful Condo! Roomy, clean, and well stocked” We had a great time on our vaction at our rental property. There was a small issue with the internet and cable TV not working properly and it was resolved very quickly by the rental company. The condo was huge, very clean, and well stocked with amenties for cooking. It felt like being at home, while on vacation. We loved it!!

“RF105” Kitchen was well supplied and condo in a good location. The linens were clean, but there was old coffee in the coffee pot and some moldy coasters on the table. Also some cobwebs in fairly obvious places.

“Home away from home” This townhouse was very clean and had everything in it that was needed. I wanted for nothing. It was very spacious and made our family vacation fun with everything being so close. will definetly be back.

“Wonderful weekend stay!” We had a weekend family get-together with a group from ages 2 to 65. Michael met us on arrival and gave us a grand tour of the lodge from beds to sleds. His love of the lodge was obvious as he shared its history. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us - with room to spare. The large, well-stocked kitchen allowed all of us to share in the cooking and cleaning chores. The dining room was huge. The living room had plenty of space for all of us to congregate around the fireplace or to go to a corner for a game challenge or a quiet space. Lots to do inside (games, books, sound system, karaoke) and even a play area with table, chairs, books and toys for the young ones. Outside - to die for! A hill outside the door that was fun for all ages of sledders - and floodlights for night sledding. We had a great snowshoe hike on the trails (snow was not good for XC skiing that weekend). “Nice area, unit could use some improvements” The village of loon are was very beautiful. The unit was nice and clean and fairly modern. The staff at the reservation service was very nice as well. The master bedroom downstairs was very musty and the room on the first floor had a bed that seemed like it hadn't been replaced in a while. The bed was so soft that I woke up with backaches every morning and had a tough time sleeping. However, when I told the staff about this issue, they wrote down the info and said they would look into it..hopefully they will.

“perfect family rental home” I have stayed here a few times with my family which includes small children. The house is in a great location. It sits on a pretty lake in very close proximity to North Conway and all the areas attractions. The views from the porch are beautiful! The house is always clean and very cozy. The owners have paid very special attention to make sure to have everything you could possibly need...from cookware to dvds...even a crib, strollers, and baby toys! I love staying here and have had very many wonderful family memories at this location.

“Great place for a family.” We stayed here for our Storyland/Santa's Village vacation. This was the perfect place having two floors made it easier than trying to stay in a hotel room with a 4 and 2 year old. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. “Beautiful and highly recommended” The townhouse was clean and well maitained. There was plenty of room for four or more people. The upstairs balcony over looking the living rooom and the slider to the deck was great. There were views from just about every window. The fireplace made for a great way to relax and enjoy the townhouse. I would highly recommend this property to a friend and I plan to go back. It is close by to many attractions and restaurants. There a is a shuttle bus to Loon Mountain for skiing. I am looking forward to staying agisn next year.

“Weekend Ski Getaway” John was a pleasure to work with! The White Mountains are a wonderful place to relax, escape, and experience nature. This spectacular mountain range is home to every imaginable species of northeastern wildlife, including bears and wild turkeys. - Explore Polar Caves Park: See the animal exhibits, the maple sugar museum, and the glacial boulder maze at this park. Come here for quiet nature trails, picnic areas, and a day of family adventure.
