“Very relaxing” Stayed here for two nights with my sister, nephew and his wife. Very comfortable furniture and beds.The porch was our favorite spot to sit looking over the mountains. Enjoyed our morning coffee out there. Nanci was very kind and available if we needed anything, which we did not. The place is very well stocked. I could easily stay a week here, cooking meals, hiking,watching the sun set, relaxing, and of course shopping. Love the fact that it was a stable/barn. Love the uniqueness of it. Thanks Nanci!

“Great Location! Beautiful Condo! Roomy, clean, and well stocked” We had a great time on our vaction at our rental property. There was a small issue with the internet and cable TV not working properly and it was resolved very quickly by the rental company. The condo was huge, very clean, and well stocked with amenties for cooking. It felt like being at home, while on vacation. We loved it!!

“Clearbrook rental” The accommodations were good. The spaces were well separated and met our families' needs quite well. The unit itself is dark and needs more lamps throughout. The few that were there had no light bulbs in them. The many stairs leading down to the unit might be a problem for some folks with mobility issues. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes/silverware/pots. etc. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and met our requirements nicely. Thank you.

“Nice area, unit could use some improvements” The village of loon are was very beautiful. The unit was nice and clean and fairly modern. The staff at the reservation service was very nice as well. The master bedroom downstairs was very musty and the room on the first floor had a bed that seemed like it hadn't been replaced in a while. The bed was so soft that I woke up with backaches every morning and had a tough time sleeping. However, when I told the staff about this issue, they wrote down the info and said they would look into it..hopefully they will.

“Great Family Ski Trip” We spent the 2013 MLK weekend here at 108-1 Clearbrook and had a wonderful time! Loon Reservation Service was wonderful and the unti was fantastic. There was plenty of room for our party of 7 + a small dog. 4 of us skied daily while 3 remained home and sat by the fireplace with the dog. We prepared all of our meals in the unit and the kitchen was well stocked. We look forward to returning to this unit and doing business with Loon Reservations again.

“Great Place to Stay!” The staff was courteous and helpful. The condo was clean, spacious, well equipped and in a quiet location. A gift bag with a packet of coffee, creamer, sugar and a packet of microwave popcorn made us feel welcomed. We stayed only 3 nights and wished it could have been longer. We enjoyed the use of the swimming pools just down the road at Village of Loon Resort and we took advantage of their picnic area with grills for a cookout. We plan to stay here again!

“Our Vacation Stay in Village of Loon 87M” This property is located in a secluded area of the resort with no direct walking access to the rest of the resort unless you are willing to climb the steep mountain hills. This created a little problem for us since we had other family members that rented other houses in the resort. We tried to change to another property after we realized this problem but were not allowed by the property management. The property itself was very nice but requires some fixing of the all screen doors and the window shades in the master bedroom that could not be closed easily. In any event our vacation stay was beautiful and the Rental Management staffs were very helpful and professional. I would recommend this property to people that have no problems with the property being in a secluded area.

“Unit 3WU Clearbrook” Beautiful view, super easy to go skiing with the shuttle. Nice layout plenty of room with six people. Clean but could use some updating. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. Given 1 set of towels (bath,hand & face)per person for the week did have to wash towels regularly with the washer/dryer.
