This 1- bedroom apartment is privileged with an excellent location on the second floor, steps away from the pool and white sand beach. It has one full bedroom with private bathroom, spacious air conditioned living room with an open plan kitchen and dining area. Sofa can convert to sofa bed and sleep one more adult. The main bedroom has a king size bed and air conditioning, 32” TV’s with international cable television in the main living room and bedroom.

THIS APARTMENT WAS FULLY RENOVATED IN OCTOBER 2018.

Stanza Mare is a beachfront condo community located on one of the top 10 Caribbean beaches. Take a swim in the most beautiful stretch of Punta Cana/Bavaro Beach and then relax at the Stanza Mare pool.

Quieter than resorts or hotels, your apartment will quickly become your home for the week. The beach, grounds, buildings and pool are well kept and clean. The beach is never out of sight and located only steps away from the apartment. The area is full of vibrant life with activities to suit everyone.

Water activities include parasailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, kite flying, fishing, and boating. For the golfer, there are a number of world-class golf courses in the area to choose from. Grand varieties of beachfront restaurants are just a short walk away. Also located close by is a sports bar, bakery, pharmacy, and several mini-grocery stores, all within walking distance. A short drive away is the Palma Real Village Mall, which boasts cinemas, the Hard Rock Cafe, and a host of other stores. Casinos, nightclubs, and an ecological reserve are also a short drive away.

We are located 20 minutes from the international Punta Cana airport.
