Special "Villa Las Brisas", is situated in the beautiful gated community of "Cocotal Golf and Country Club", part of the "Sol Melia Hotel Group.

Once you pass through its entrance gates, you will be impressed by it's manicured gardens and fairways, lakes and water features, towering palm trees, and colorful tropical flora. The short route to the villa is through this tropical paradise, where you will find lovely examples of Mediterranean and contemporary architecture on both sides of the route.

Cocotal is blessed with 3 challenging 9 hole courses, which gives the demanding golfer the opportunity to play 3 different 18 hole rounds in one location. All fairways are flanked with asphalted buggy paths which can also be used for a casual stroll and gentle exercise, or if you want something more vigorous, you could run or bike 10k in fabulous surroundings.

"Villa Las Brisas" is located in the middle of this tropical paradise, and enjoys panoramic views over it's manicured fairways and lush landscaped beauty. It is a beautiful tranquil location, situated towards the end of a cul-de-sac with little traffic.

The villa is south facing, so it is possible to enjoy sunshine from sunrise to sunset, especially when reclined on one of the aqua sunbeds, which are situated in the shallow end of the large pool, or on a recliner on the poolside terrace.

For a change, if guests require, they might also avail themselves of the facilities of the Cocotal clubhouse, where there is a large swimming pool, sunbathing terrace, cabanas, bar and snack place. There is also the club bar and restaurant with views overlooking the lake and golf course.

Guests approach the the villa by a curved drive, to the entrance area where 2 cars can be parked beneath the protection of a large portico. Here, entrance to the villa is through the large double entrance doors, where guests have their first view through the vestibule archway, of the beautiful internal garden, laden with palms and tropical exotica. Walls on all sides of this tropical splendor have fine artwork of a botanical nature, which add to the harmony of the whole area.

Cast your eyes above, and you will experience a feeling of great space, with towering ceilings, complemented by a huge skylight, which provides an abundance of natural light by day, and starlight by night.

From the central garden courtyard, guests can view the large open plan raised sitting room, which enjoys views over the pool, the outside terraces and the verdant fairways. Beyond the central garden, you will find a tranquil sitting area, perfect for reading, or just enjoying the stunning views. From here, through a colonnaded archway, sits the large dining room, which enjoys views over the golf course to the east and south.

The elegant staircase is located to the left of the internal garden, presided over by a huge double height casement window. When guests reach the half landing, and proceed to the first floor, they are treated to the enormity of the space beneath the skylight, and above the palm fronds below.

From this central courtyard, all 5 first floor bedroom suites are accessed, as well as the huge covered upper terrace, which is perfect for a relaxing get together, and which overlooks both the pool and golf course beyond.

The principal bedroom suites 1 and 2, which overlook the pool area, have large walk in wardrobes, and large bathroom suites with his and her's walk in showers. Bedroom suites 3,4 and 5, all have spacious fitted wardrobe, and large on suite bathrooms with showers. All these bedrooms have their own terrace or private balcony with landscaped views.

On the ground floor, bedroom suite 6 is situated at the front of the house, and has large fitted wardrobes, a substantial on suite bathroom and shower, and a private balcony with views over the landscaped front garden.

The fully fitted kitchen in this villa is a delightful place to be. Very spacious, light and airy, with west facing windows, the kitchen has all the amenities a chef could want, with twin work stations, double sided hob, and twin ovens. There is a breakfast area, and from here, through double sliding doors, there is access to the dining room and pool dining terrace beyond.

Leading off the opposite side of the kitchen, is a large separate laundry area with walk in larder / storeroom, and access to the service quarters which has its own on suite bathroom and shower, fitted wardrobes, and private balcony. If needed, this can be used as bedroom 7, and would be perfect for teenagers in the family !

Although all the bedrooms and the kitchen have full air conditioning, the villa remains delightfully cool, thanks to the clever incorporation of French style louvers at ground and first floor levels, and all quarters of the compass, which ensure, that when open, there is always a cooling breeze passing through the interior.
