Two bedroom apartment, sleeps six with sleeper sofa. Located in Beach Haven (Long Beach Island), walking distance to amusements, dining, shopping, and nightlife. Located on the beach side of the avenue, two blocks to the beach. TV, internet, kitchen, microwave, air conditioning barbecue grill available for your use and an outside shower, $1500.00 per week. Available beginning May 1, 2016.

“Close to the Beach and easy check in”
Need a base for a visit to LBI beach haven will be a good uppertunity. Spacious and tha basics are present. Easy check in and out. Some will find the apartment a little dark and old.

“Dingy, Unclean”

Response from the owner I am sorry but I cannot find any reservation at any of my properties with your name, or a family registration during the month of September 2016. I do believe it is important to enjoy your vacation time. Probably, in the future you should mention the problems in the beginning of the stay so things can be rectified and you can relax and enjoy you vacation at the beach with your family rather than waiting until the next year.

Response from the owner I am sorry you found the apartment to be unsatisfactory. I assure you the apartment was cleaned before your arrival, maybe the trash was not taken out when the cleaning people left. I do apologize for that. As far as the internet, I wish you would have contacted us while you were there. We would have come to the apartment and connected the WIFI to your device. I know sometimes the writing is small and is can be hard to read the password key. I would have been glad to help with the connection. We rented the apartment the whole season without any internet problems and I received many emails from guests stating how much they enjoyed their stay. I am truly sorry yours was not among them.
