The newly built luxury villa is decorated in modern white tones, overlooking the sea with sunbathing veranda and private outdoor pool with Jacuzzi. Villa has straight access to the beach which is 30 meters far and sweet water shower at the gate that leads directly onto the beach.
High luxuriously equipped villa has 3 bedrooms (1 single room - Library), large living room, modern kitchen and is situated in VIP protected area near 5* hotels like Meridien, Savoy, Hilton ...
The location of the villa guarantees the ultimate privacy and is 14 kilometres far away from the Seychelles' Mahé International Airport. Keep a rest in luxury style which offers the utmost tropical comfort.
