Description
Villa for 6 people situated between Begur and Pals, with private pool and magnificint view at the Mediterranean Sea and the Medes Islands. The house got three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living- dining room, kitchen and various terraces around the house.
The house is situated at one of the highest point of the urbanisation Sa Punta, between Playa de Pals and Begur. The result is a wonderful view and still close to the beaches of Sa Riera, Illa Roja en Pals. At the back side of the house is a nice covered terrace, to have breakfast in the shade for example.
Most of the interior is renewed in 2009 and breaths a quiet and modern atmosphere. The living room has a dining area, sofa's, fire place, TV with (dutch) satellite, DVD player. From the living room you have direct access to the lounge terrace.
The three double bedrooms have all new beds and matrasses. The kitchen is completed with modern facilities like a dishwasher, induction cooking and a microwave. The two bathrooms have both a shower, washing basin and toilet.
From the beautiful situated terrace and pool you can enjoy the quiet position and beautiful view. Of course sun loungers are provided as table and chairs as well.
On the terrace on the level of the living room there is also a table and chairs for dining, but also a nice lounge seat.
