“Wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach” My wife and I celebrated our 31st anniversary and stayed in Sharif and Sabine's condo 202 Reef Club 1000 Gulf BLVD. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was incredible. They asked us to do a quick run through of the unit and if there was anything dirty or needed repair to call immediately. We called on a toilet issue and over the phone we repaired it within minutes. They also had beach chairs umbrella and toys to play with so we did not need to bring anything with us. We are looking forward to our next stay. I have business in Tampa and usually stay at a hotel. if this unit is open, it was less expensive and had tons more room.

“We felt at home the minute we opened the door.” We stayed in #105 4 weeks and appreciated every minutes you shared your condo with us. I loved the kitchen updates and the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The large deck was wonderful to watch sunsets. We spent a lot of time walking on the beach and this beach is great for shelling and walking. We had trouble with the internet service and T.V. the first day. A wonderful, friendly and capable woman showed up very quickly and fixed the problem. She is a real asset to the business. The weather wasn't great for a couple days but your condo made up for the weather. We would like to come back next year to the same unit if possible. Not sure if the noise from the pool would be a problem if the weather was warmer. The noise does carry into the bedroom. We play cards and games on cool days so next time we will bring a card table so we can see the ocean while we play. A small table in the corner by sliding glass door might be a nice addition for games and eating lunch. Your condo was more than we expected. Thank you for sharing.

“Harbor View Grande Suite # 707 Excellent 5 Star *****” A Big Thank you to the owners and Staff of 707. The accommodations where beyond our expectations. The décor was professionally done and the Suite was spotless upon arrival. The champagne was a special treat and all the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers for our use was that extra touch. Harborview is centrally located to all shops and restaurants. The balcony views from sunrise to sunset was truly magnificent. Highly recommend to all friends and relatives. Will definitely return. “Wonderful family beach vacation condo” The condominium is a great place to stay. All the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. There is an picturesque view of the beach on the balcony and a large pool to enjoy. The location of the condo is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Carol (the owner) is always very helpful and accessible if you have any questions about your stay. We have found a new place to stay on our summer vacation and can't wait to visit again next year!

“Just perfect!!!” I can't think of any way the condo could have been better. The view is PERFECT. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, Keurig coffee maker, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, beach chairs, toys, even a cooler, DVDs, games... everything was there. The only thing we couldn't find was a vase for flowers! We managed with a large water glass. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment on that. The beach was uncrowded and had fresh sand. The condo was super clean and bright. Even the exterior halls were hosed down each morning. Thank you so much Kay for a great vacation!

“Beautiful Veiw with conveinent beach/pool access” This is in a non touristy area, some shops but not crazy. Not much within walking distance with kids but a good restaurant , the pub across street. Water toys rental across street also. Mostly family s with many kids. If you want shopping treasure island is 20 mins south....it has everything! The beach was gorgoerous, pool is clean, no kids under 13 in hot tub.............. people fished every nite and caught baby shark, hammer head, and stingray. There were manatee s that swam right by people on our beach,,,,1foot away!..and we saw a dolphin , also! The condo was nice, the service was friendly and prompt. If you rely on wifi our expire with it was in and out, had to reset it often. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked, fridge worked great....den was a great extra space! This is a amazing location!

“A family friendly home away from home!” My family of five(plus a sister in law)stayed in this home and we had the best time. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property management came immediately to fix some loose slats on the balcony because I was worried my two yr old would fall through them. We hope to rent this same home next summer.

“so good I hate to give it a good rating because I don't want oth” Loved the location, loved the condo, loved the space, truly loved our time. We grew up in Clearwater and visit yearly now that we live in NJ. It was nice to have a space we can crash that isn't putting out our relatives. We will be back! It was also nice to see how far Clw beach has come...it is so much nicer than it was in 1973!

“Would love to return several times a year....near perfect!” The condo was beautiful, well appointed and maintained. Located on a nearly perfect beach. It appears we were the first tenants after hurricane Irma. My only complaint was the AC didn't work for the 1st half. The property manager seemed to be doing all she could to remedy the situation My only recommendation is that maintenance should probably have checked it out along with everything else after the storm. I would still highly recommend this to anyone wanting to experience a beach vacation in a great location and in a wonderful condo. The owner is great to work with also.

“A Fun Time with my kids & friends!” This was a beautiful place to stay! My 2 teenage boys and 3 of my dear friends stayed for a week in this lovely condo. There was plenty of room for all of us, it was clean and well stocked with all the amenities of home. The location was fantastic! I loved being on the ground floor and right outside the back patio was the pool or in a few more steps, the beautiful beach! The sunsets were stunning!! The instructions we received were wonderful and the owners very nice to communicate with. One thing we all really appreciated was having a washer/dryer in the condo! Also, the chairs, umbrella & other beach items were nice to use as well! The local Mexican restaurant was fantastic and we also enjoyed the ice cream parlor right down the street within a nice evening walking distance (Kooky Coconut). I would definitely recommend staying here and I also hope to stay here again during future trips to Florida!

“Breathtaking Views!!!” I loved this condo! It was beautiful and made such an impression on me. I really loved the place and spaciousness. It was easy to find things and well stocked. The access to the apartment was easy. The parking lot code didn't work, but others coming into the place helped us out. The pool is small for the large size of the building but adequate considering the ocean is across the street. It's a few minutes walk to Clearwater Beach and all restaurants. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

“Spacious and beautiful” My girlfriends and I just finished our stay for the third year in a row. This is an outstanding condo. With four or five of us, there is plenty of room. The private spiral staircase to the beach is great! No waiting for the elevator with everyone else. We love sitting on the porch early in the morning and again at sunset. Spectacular views! Also you can visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary which is about 1/2 block to the south. Would highly recommend this condo. We hope to be back again next year.

“We had a great vacation at this condo.” My family has been visiting indian rocks beach for nearly two decades, and we continue coming back to this resort and specifically, Martin's condo. It is always kept updated and we had a nice relaxing stay. It has WiFi for the kids and has a picture perfect view of the beach, ocean, sunsets and pool deck. You won't be disappointed.
