“Location location location” Myself and six of my friends stayed here and had a great week! The location is perfect and the swimming pool was an added bonus due to the high winds.... we grilled and that was great, we never went into the hot tub but I’m sure that would have been great as well... The beach was amazing and the sitting area just as nice.... the game room was an added bonus and the group really enjoyed that.. We would definitely come back!! Liz, thanks for all the instructions and helpful hints!!!!!

“What a great week we had” We recently had a family reunion at this beach house. There were eight of us and there was plenty of room. The house was a wonderful place and we really enjoyed morning coffee around the island in the kitchen and s'mores in the evening on the back deck around the fire pit. Several times we grabbed a glass of wine and walked to the beach to watch the sunset and even saw a few dolphins. The area seemed to have a lot of events happening nearby, sand sculptures on the beach, shopping at a restored fishing village with several unique shops, bands on the sands and fireworks. The oversized wrap around deck added extra room to what already felt like a spacious house. The house is beautiful and we look forward to vacationing there again.

“Short vacation” Still on our short vacation. So far everything is perfect! Susan has been very helpful with any questions and has been there anytime we had needed her. Hot tub is great! Place is super clean and efficient.

“Perfect location” The location of this stay is just amazing for the price. It's not directly on the beach but it practically feels like it is because there it is less than one minute to get to the beach without crossing any major road. The place is small, but it worked perfectly for just 2 people. Doesn't have a stove or oven so you have to resort to fruits or microwave food but it's not a big deal as there are tons of restaurants nearby. Only issue we really had was that you could hear either the neighbors next door or the above us running around and banging but it wasn't for too long and wasn't too bad. We had ignored it pretty quickly if that helps. For longer stays, be sure to get toilet paper and possibly soap. Also there is no way to wash clothes so pack a lot if this is your only stay. I don't believe there was an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before going in, but honestly we could have just missed where it was. Overall, really nice place, can't beat the price for the location.

“Exceptional” We just returned from a 4 week stay at another/similar condo in this same building, same owner. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and located in close proximity to everything we needed (i.e. Beach, supermarket, restaurants, shops). John (owner) was more than accomodating with helping us get online (wifi) and being flexible with our schedule. The Gulf view was great and the building was relatively quiet considering it was Spring Break month. Will definitely be returning.

“A perfect spot for us and for our golden retriever!” What a great place to enjoy the beauty of Treasure Island. The bungalow that we stayed in was wonderful...clean, a well stocked kitchen, beach towels, a great backyard. Susan, the owner, was also great to work with on every level. She was attentive, often checking in on us to make sure all was going great with our stay. She was also responsive to our rental needs and responded immediately if we had a question, etc.. She also embraced our golden retriever and he, too, immediately became fast friends with Susan. This bungalow is literally a block from the beach, a short walk over the bridge to John's Pass and close to grocery shopping, lots of great restaurants right on the beach, etc.. A great experience and we will definitely plan to stay at this bungalow again!

“Great view, deck, yard, access to the beach!” We would definitely stay here again. Great view of the Gulf and sunsets. Closer to the beach than most places. Nice sized deck, yard and we really loved the smaller complex. Only negative side was entering through the bedroom and having the bathroom right next to your bed. Great having a washer and dryer though. Treasure Island is a clean place, lovely soft sand, great first time trip! Cannot wait to go back!!

Perfect

Location, location, location. We’re locals, we live 12 minutes from this condo and it is the perfect location on one of the best beaches in the country and that includes Hawaii! It’s just a one bedroom, so a little small for more than 3 guests, but perfect for 2. The condo was very clean, probably the cleanest vacation rental we’ve seen and the view cannot be beat. It’s within a short walking distance to several local favorite bars and restaurants, so you never have to get in your car, but if you choose John Pass and downtown St. Pete are a short drive. Treasure Island Beach Condo
Just what we needed!

Unit 315 was a very clean, cozy well-supplied condo. It’s at the end so there’s a few more windows to let in the sun since there isn’t a balcony. The owners supplied 2 folding chairs and table so we could sit out on the walkway and enjoy the sunsets! Many nights we just stood at the rail and watched the traffic and walkers below us. Inside is small (one bedroom) yet room for 2 people to cook, sit, eat and work. We do wish there was a chair in the livingroom space for another sitting spot. The fold out couch worked well for a visitor we had. There was an abundance of towels in the bathroom and the tub had been recently resurfaced. Closet space was good for us and the extras they thought of were definitely a plus (ex scissors, tape, bandaids, flashlight, beach supplies). One (temporary) drawback was the elevator near us went out of order soon after we arrived which created more foot traffic in front of our unit to get to the stairs. Good exercise for us but our visitors had a hard time with the the climb and descent. The walk to the beach is short and quick, plus there are multiple places to walk to so we could just hang up the car keys. … see more

Convenient location. Property is located on Intercostal, beach is about a quarter block down the street and then you go across busy street. Grocery store is located next door. The management company was quick to respond to all issues and was great to work with. The property was clean and was easy to get into. The downside was the bed in the second bedroom is very uncomfortable. The furniture was not comfortable either. There were no beach chairs that were not broken to take to the beach.
