The property , which has been furnished to the highest standards, and finished to a high quality, offers 3 large en suite bedrooms and a spacious lounge/ dining area with direct access to a south west facing terrace. The terrace is partially covered with a pergola ideal for al-fresco dining. A fully fitted kitchen with a separate laundry also leadss on to another terrace. With 150m2 inside plus 85m2 of terrace it is perfect to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, as well as its idyllic views.
Two underground parking spaces are serviced by lift. Set in sumptuous surroundings , BENATALAYA offers the finest of living experiences, and clients can savour the beauty of natural landscaping in a well-designed environment.
The grounds and walkways are complemented by well-established gardens, trees and water features.
There are 5 pools, a fabulously appointed Spa facility that includes a heated indoor pool, gym, sauna, and Jacuzzi.
This 24 hours securely gated complex hasan excelent infrastructure with the beach just 5 minutes away as well easy access to the motorway. The typcial Andalucian village of Benahavis is also close at hand making BENATALAYA a great place to enjoy your holidays.

“A well equipped and spacious apartment, in beautiful surroundings.”
Just back from a two week stay in this apartment, which was exactly as described. Clean, spacious (plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children), well equipped and nicely furnished. Bentalaya itself is a lovely complex. Well kept, secure, tranquil and very family friendly. Supermarket within walking distance (although you do need a car to make the most of the area). Esther (the owner) was always quick to respond to email queries. Making the reservation and payments was very straighforward. Would definitely stay here again, if we return to this area.

“A truly luxurious, immaculate apartment set in a peaceful and idyllic location, close to fabulous beaches and local attr”
This penthouse apartment in Benatalaya is simply amazing. Every attention to detail has been considered. From the carefully selected furnishings and decorations to the well equipped kitchen (juicer too!) and scented candles (rooms smell amazing!) to outdoor lanterns (for night-time star gazing!) and the picture perfect views across the shimmering pool and beyond to the flawless golf courses; this place had us all gasping with delight from the moment we set foot in the door. We visited for 10 days, a family of 5 including children. The large pool outside the apartment provided much entertainment in the day as well as visits to the larger pool and Gym/Sauna/Steam/Jacuzzi on the campus. The owner and our local contact were very helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of; advising on local places of interest, the best golden sandy beaches, the most fun days out for the children and entertainment for the evening. We have visited the region many times over the last decade and would rate this apartment among the best available in terms of luxury and location; we loved it so much that we have planned to return next year. There is a brand new Mercadona (supermarket, fresh foods) within a few minutes walk from the main gate; extremely convenient. The complex is in a safe, secure environment; security guards on regular patrol. A car is needed to get around and explore the area but not essential (we made it through without, but would hire one next time) – Benahavis (pretty village, fab restaurants); Ronda (historic old town, horse & cart tours); Puerto Banus (marina, restaurants, party people!). We emphatically recommend this place to families and groups of friends alike, looking for a stylish retreat combined with fun packed days and nights out!
