This beautiful modern townhouse is situated in the gastronomic mountain village of Benahavis with all it's amenities and restaurants, yet only 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banus and 15 minutes from Marbella. The house is situated in the prestigious urbanisation of El Casar which features 3 outdoor pools, one heated indoor pool, a sauna, a well equipped gym, a club house and beautifully manicured gardens. The house is beautifully furnished, has wifi and each of the bedrooms has it's own en-suite. This house is ideal for families that want a convenient tranquil setting that is still close to the beach and the hustle and bustle.

“Great property!”
We have stayed here twice and we really love the property. It is perfect for a family of 5 with spacious bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen and a lovely balcony. The indoor and outdoor pools are great and my husband loved the gym. There is a washing/drying room downstairs which is really handy. Petra is a great host who is responsive and check in/check out is easy. Walking distance to carrefour express and lots of bars/restaurants with bigger supermarket a 5 min drive. Beaches nearby. It’s a lovely place to stay and we have had 2 great holidays there.

“Great house!”
Stayed here for 9 nights with friends and had a great time. Benahavis is a brilliant village and 'earning' your first beer with the stroll up the hill from el casar is perfect.
