Description

Welcome to one of the best villas in Benalmadena! Villa renovated and extended:Two floors with four bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds, one twin room and one room with three single beds, a living room with fireplace, a full kitchen and field reading.

As for the exterior, the house is on a plot of 1200 m2 divided between two levels, the entrance where the parking garden area with lawn, surrounded by cypress and fig trees, and the background field area with fruit trees .

At the highest level there are the house , a terrace in front and one side another area of lawned garden chaired by an olive tree over 300 years old that keeps on giving their olives each year, with a central pool to enjoy in from spring to the beginning of autumn.

At all this time is when you can enjoy with more intensely the free space of the house, specially the terrace becoming the star instead of the tourists staying in the house. However, also the sunny winter days can enjoy the terrace and garden. They may ask for the following services: housekeeping, laundry, restaurants, etc

We do not accept groups of youngsters under 26. Price is per person and number of rooms. To make use of the 4 rooms would be the total cost of 8 people.

The late check out have a charge. The late check-in (after the 21 hours) has a charge of 20 euros. After the 0 hours the charge is 40 euros.

Our villa is considered one of the best villa in Benalmadena, for equipment and their views.

The pool is completely private and home.

We have the train stop in Torremuelle Urbanization. You can go to capital of Málaga and also to Fuengirola. There is the local bus in Benalmadena move between Benalmadena Coast, Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmádena Pueblo.

“Fantastisk semester”

Mysig by, fantastisk hus i ett lugnt område. Läget strax ovanför Benalmadena Costa i närheten utav den mycket fina Benalmadena Pueblo. Huset har en stor och vacker trädgård med en väldigt fin utsikt över staden och havet, man kan sitta ute under eftermiddag och ta ett glas vin och njuta av utsikten. Poolen gör en stor skillnad på vistelsen och upplevelse av semestern. Om man önskar kan man tillbringa en hel dag med att sola och bada i poolen. Det höga muren på baksidan gör att poolområdet känns privat. Köket är välutrustad, tvättmaskin uppskattades mycket då man behövde inte packa mycket kläder eftersom man har möjlighet att tvätta under vistelsen. AC finns i varje rum. Bil behövs för att kunna ta sig till byn och in till stan, men det finns även möjlighet att ta en kort promenad till byn ca 10 - 15 min promenad ( tänk på att det är uppförsbacke ) eller man kan alltid beställa taxi. Kan rekommendera Restaurangen Escorpio som ligger i närheten ( Hotel La Fonda) , de har väldigt god mat och bra service. De flesta av befolkningen i Benalmadena kan engelska vilket underlättar väldigt mycket om din spanska inte är så bra. Pedro och Sammy var mycket tillmötesgående och lyhörda till våra önskemål, det tackar vi för. Frukostpaketen uppskattades väldigt mycket då vår flyg blev försenad, vi anlände fram i huset under natten till måndag och inte hade möjlighet att handla vatten mm. Vi tillbringade tio fantastiska dagar då vi verkligen njöt av det varma vädret, poolen och goda maten. Vi hoppas kunna komma tillbaka flera gånger. Kan varmt rekommendera huset.

“A beautiful Spanish house with gardens and pool. Stunning views.”

We don't want to leave! This lovely and well equipped villa has been home for 9 days. We are a family group of 5 adults spanning 3 generations and we have all enjoyed the property, its pool and its peaceful location on the hillside. The Pueblo is a 15/20 minute steep walk uphill or a 5 minute car or taxi ride. Lovely restaurants, bars, shops and cobbled plant-lined streets. The coast is a half hour steep downhill walk but 10 mins by car. The owners were extremely helpful during the booking process and answered questions by email before we arrived. They arranged for Janeth to meet us when we arrived and she showed us around the villa and the grounds. What have we enjoyed the most? Sitting on the terrace at the big table, with views of the nearby golf course and the coast, sipping wine, chatting, laughing and playing cards. We all agreed this had been a great villa for a relaxing break. Highly recommended.

“Fantastic”

Lovely big well equipped house in beautiful area. We have great communication from Jose and we were meet by a friendly lady who showed us around the clean and well supplied house. Some of us were pleased with the tea coffee and milk suplyed on arrival but others were pleased with the mini bar. The house and pool was big and spacious with fantastic views. We loved using the barbecue and having our food outside on the table for 8. The situation of the property is suited to having a car like most houses in the area it's on a hill with a 20 min walk up hill to the beautiful village.The house had the best air con I have ever used anywhere in the world, nothing is better on those hot days and sticky nights. We would book again if we needed a house for two families. Highly recommend.
