Description

Absolute beach-front penthouse apartment in Torrequebrada, Benalmadena Costa, which offers expansive, stunning, sea views from both bedrooms, lounge and the large terrace. Overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, and its own beach. The apartment complex has secure, private gardens, with swimming & child pools. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with included Movie channels and games, Free hi speed fibre optic internet & WIFI, Radio/Blu-Ray/DVD/CD home sound& media system with a large selection of dvds, with subtitles, Air Conditioning (& heating) throughout. Security systems & cctv installed in community. Free local phone calls.

One bedroom has a King size bed, and the other bedroom has two singles, that can also be made into a King size bed. A cot or inflatable bed for children is also available, if required.

On a clear day you can see the coast of North Africa & occasionally Dolphins. The apartment is opposite the outstanding Torrequebrada Golf Course and near the Torrequebrada Casino with regular shows and events. Also nearby are restaurants, hotels, bars, a bank, shops, bakery, hairdresser, supermarkets, scuba dive center and pharmacy etc.

A wonderful beach front cafe - ‘Yukas’, restaurant and beach bar very closeby, ideal every day for meals, coffees, cakes, drinks and snacks from early morning till late evening. Near Golf course & Casino

There is also a short scenic walk to other nearby beach restaurants and cafes ( Trocadero, Malibu etc.).

In the local area is the delightful Puerto Marina, with shops, restaurants, bars, etc & boat trips to Malaga and Fuengirola, fishing and dolphin viewing trips, bike (& electric bikes & scooters), boat, jet ski & Skegway hire . Also nearby; Tivoli World - show and Amusement park & mountain cable car. Paloma park & Dolphin aquarium & show, and many more tourist attractions.

Further afield are the pretty towns of Benalmadena,

Torremolinos (with water park& Zoo etc), Mijas and Ronda with mountain biking, horse riding, bird watching and hiking etc.

Within 1 or 2 hours drive there is; Granada ( Alhambra palace), Gibraltar, Antequerra (& the stunning areas around El Torcal, Ardales and El Chorro). Also The Sierra Nevada mountain range (with hiking etc in summer and in winter, skiing).

Excellent bus service. M103, stops right outside front door, linking to Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena railway station and Benalmedna Pueblo ( town). M110 goes directly between Torrequebrada and Malaga. M120 & M 320 goes from Malaga to Fuengirola, and on to Marbella etc ( download their timetables for details). Coach & rail services available nearby to all major attractions in the Southern Spain area, like Rhonda, Midas, El Corro, Gibraltar, Sevilla, Córdoba, Cadiz, Algeciras etc

Terrestial Spanish TV and UK TV channels and movies entertainment system installed. Security systems and cctv installed for your security. Apartment is on 2nd floor above ground level, 4th floor above pool level, all accessible by elevator. This is one of the only apartments licensed for holiday letting in this beautiful, quiet residential complex, and would suit guests wishing a relaxed peaceful holiday in a stunning location. It is in high demand.

This is a peaceful residential community and all occupiers are asked to respect neighbours and communal areas peaceful enjoyment. No undue noise is allowed - this is a contractual condition.
Community regulations are required to be observed & are posted in the hallway. Nothing is to be thrown from the apartment or hung over the high balcony.
The pool is open from 10am to 10pm. Pool rules are posted beside the pool and on pool door.
