Description

Beautiful apartment with sea view for rent in Benalmádena Costa just across the road from the beach. The apartment was painted and newly furnished in 2017, has wifi, iptv with Belgian, Dutch, English, Scandinavian, Spanish etc channels, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and large terrace. The complex has a beautiful garden with 2 pools (one for kids, one for adults - plse check with us for opening hours (mid June - mid September) - kids under 14 must be accompanied by an adult). Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and all amenities are very near, as is a bus stop for the bus to Malaga, Fuengirola and Marbella.

Check-in is between 15.00h and 23.00h. Check-out is before 10.00h

Smoking is absolutely forbidden. No pets nor BBQ allowed in or outside the property. Breaking these rules will result in a deduction of money from travellers damage deposit. Check-in: 15h-23h.
The swimm. pool is only open from Jun thru Sept with specific ltd opening hrs. Kids under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. If the swimm pool is crucial to you,contact us upfront for details. It's important to respect the house rules to keep good relations with neighbours avoiding noise late at night.

“Belle Location”

Bel appartement mais bruyant. En effet le bruit des voitures sur la route qui longe la mer s’entend jour et nuit. Le congélateur avait aussi un problème.

“Lovely apartment, great balcony.”

We loved the apartment, especially the balcony it was so big. The apartment was well equipped and very clean and spacious. The only disappointment was that the pool and gardens were not available all day. The gate was unlocked from midday until 3.30 and then again from 5pm until about 7pm. So anyone who wanted an early morning swim could not do so. Also if you wanted to spend the day in the gardens or around the pool just sunbathing and reading that was also not possible because the gate was only open as above.
