Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in the much sought after complex of Minerva. This fourth floor apartment has the larger corner balcony with stunning views over the sea, mountains, the pool , gardens and Parque de la Paloma. The sunshine from mid morning until you watch the sunset over the mountains and 270 degrees views are the icing on the cake!

There is a local train station plus a local bus service. There is also a taxi rank only a few yards outside the Reception entrance. It is very easy to walk to places as well.

“Fantastic apartment in a superb location in Benalmadena”

Fantastic apartment in a superb location in Benalmadena, The apartment is spacious, well furnished and spotless. It literally had everything you need for a home from home stay. Living Room, Bathroom and Bedroom was perfect, towels and linen were provided, and we even used the washing machine while we were there. The kitchen was well equipped. The views from the balcony are fantastic. Sea, pool and Mountain views all in one. It’s a short walk to the Beach, Paloma Park and Arroyo de la Miel and there are plenty of restaurants and tapas bars in the area. Paula is a great host and responds quickly to any queries. All in all we had a great holiday and would come back in the future. I would highly recommend others to use this apartment Joan and Alan Entwistle May 2023

“AMAZING STAY AT MINERVA 431 - couldn’t fault it.”

Having booked Paula’s apartment quite last minute for our stay in April 2023. Communication was amazing. Been going to the area for nearly 40 years so know it well. We arrived via train from Malaga. Check in was smooth. Apartment was spotless on arrival. Literally had everything we needed for our family of 5. Kitchen was well equipped. Towels provided were fab. The views from the balcony were to die for. Mountain, pool and sea views all in one. Bathroom was perfect and we even used the washing machine while we were there. The apartment had everything you need for a home from home stay. We will definitely be back at some point as we had the best holiday and loved the apartment. Thank you Paula.

“Best Apartment on the Costa”

This is a wonderful place to stay, the apartment is spacious, well furnished, clean, quiet and in the most wonderful position. Anyone who knows this area will know that Minerva is the best block with the best pool and the best views and this apartment has the BEST view! Also, it is well equipped with toiletries and kitchen essentials, the air conditioning is quiet but works like a dream even the sofa bed in the living room is more comfortable than most. It's a short walk to the beach, Paloma Park, Arroyo de la Miel and loads of restaurants. Paula is a great host and responds quickly to any queries. If I had to find a fault it is the lack of a sunshade on the sunny balcony but this is a small thing and would not stop me booking again! Perfect!!!

Brilliant apartment, superb location, very good swimming pools and the air conditioning was a god send !!! We will 100% be revisiting at some point and would highly recommend others to use this apartment, owners very friendly and helpful also

“Lovely apartment, with fabulous sea views”

Stayed for 4 days, wish it could of been longer. Apartment was immaculate and had lovely sea views, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Paula is great to deal with and responded swiftly to any emails. Would definitely book again, though availability is limited, due to the apartments obvious popularity.
