Description
This fabulous ground floor studio is a great place for a holiday. Sleeping 2 people it is located 5 minutes walk from the beach with all amenities within very easy walking distance.
There is a communal pool and garden area which has a view over to the sea.
On entering the studio the bathroom is on the left. It has a bath with shower above and also houses the washing machine.
Further along to the fantastic modern kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need. Full oven and hob, large fridge freezer and all the usual kitchen essentials.
On into the air conditioned/heating lounge/dining/sleeping area which has patio doors that open onto a patio area.
There is a double bed with a separate sofa. In front of the sofa the coffee table extends to a dining table so you are not short of a comfortable place to eat indoors if you want to.
The studio has air conditioning, internet and a tv which shows Spanish and UK television channels.
There is a small safe for passports etc.,
Now out onto the terrace area which is steps away from the swimming pool. There is a table and chairs big enough to have a meal and drink at and 2 sun loungers for guest use. There is a lawned garden area directly in front of the studio and the pool is not far away. There is also a larger communal garden area from which you can see the sea :)
It is a ground floor studio accessed through an entrance gate and down one flight of stairs.
Although this apartment is marked as smoking it is prohibited inside the apartment and we ask our smoking guests to use the outside area. We thank you for your co-operation.
Check in time for the accommodation is 16.00pm and check out is 10.00am but this is flexible and we try to have all our guests in and settled as soon as we can.
Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans etc., are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs. If there is something you need for your holiday that we don´t rent out ourselves let us know and we will try and source it for you.
Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided but are available for rent at a cost of €2.50 per guest per stay.
This apartment is managed by Benalrent, a husband and wife team with over 15 years experienced in the holiday rental market. We pride ourselves on the service we offer and in making your holiday stress free as we know how hard people work for their annual break, as do we. We have over 15 properties advertised on Holiday Lettings.
We have our own website.
On your day of arrival you will be met at the property with the keys.
For guests with a flight arrival time after 22.00PM there will be a €30 meet & greet charge.

“Lovely apartment, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.”
Furnished to a high standard, bathroom much larger than expected in a studio. Private garden area to dine or sunbathe in, accessed directly from the apartment. All mod cons are supplied, including UK tv with a large choice of channels. I booked through Benalrent, which a nice couple, Ann and Nigel run. I stayed a couple of times before the pandemic, and had bookings during the last six months, but Ann was very accommodating about moving my bookings

“San Jose Studio”
Lovely studio. Clean and tidy. Everything on hand for a self catering stay. Private area outside and nice pool a few steps away. Close to all the sights and amenities. All within walking distance. Nothing is too difficult for Ann. Very accomodating. Even when you arrive very late. Thanks for a lovely stay.
