Description
Sleeps 8+2 (10) 4 bedroom villa with private heated indoor pool. Sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, children's playground, outdoor stone barbecue and outdoor furniture. The house and grounds are fenced and gated for security and privacy and the village is full of activities such as day excursions by boat, scuba diving lessons and paintball activities. Our villa is available all year round (March 15 to October 31 for short stays and long stays. November 1 to March 14 for stays longer than 3 weeks) for great summer holidays and for quiet relaxing off season breaks.

500 euro damage deposit required upon check-in. Check-in time is after 3 p.m. Checkout is by 9 a.m. Cleaning once a week (typical upon guests departure). Linens and towels provided. Should a guest require additional towels or require a linen change more than once a week same can be arranged. Excursions to national parks and fishing can be arranged with local guides and captains (additional charges apply).

The ground floor consists of the recreation area, which includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, bbq/fireplace, laundry room and seating/dining/entertaining area for 12 people. Right outside this area is an outside barbeque with seating for 12. Each of the apartments has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen dining room and two bathrooms. There is a baby cot/travel bed as well as a high chair available at a small daily charge. Main house can accommodate upto 10 guests. Additional 2 guests can be accommodated at an adjacent property in a lower level apartment. Additional charges apply for two additional guests.

Response from the owner Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, it was necessary to have someone close by as the guests did not keep to the house rules and pool rules. Guest were told that noise needed to be kept down after midnight. Suffice it say, there were evenings/early mornings where the noise levels were high until 2 a.m. and even 4 a.m. The guests were spoken to a fews times in the first few days and an email was sent prior to their departure to advise the guests of items that needed to be addressed i.e. broken pool lounger and additional, unathorized guests that were in the villa. While breakage is a common occurrence, the amount was above normal. The guests were not charged for additional guests or the breakage. The guests were only asked to cover the cost of the pool lounger. As for the caretaker, I will not comment on that matter. The villa does require someone to be there every day and maintain the pool and jacuzzi. Guests are told that this will be the case every day. The property is such that it requires maintenance daily.
