Propriété situé a une altitude moyenne de 350 M sur un terrain de 1300 M² composée d'une maison principale et de deux bungalows, le tout formant un U autour de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Le jacuzzi est agrémenté d'un kiosque . Cette propriété possède un double accès sur deux rues distinctes : la rue Guy saint Lambert et l'impasse marie Antoinette. Cette particularité permet de réserver aux habitants des bungalows un accès privé et un parking réservé. Le premier bungalow est d'une superficie d'environ 25 M², il est composé d'une suite parentale climatisée (chambre et salle de bain) et est relié à la cuisine par une terrasse couverte. Il est de plain pied jardin. Au centre du terrain se trouve une terrasse en ardoise ou se trouve l'espace à partager : piscine, billard, et espace cardio.Notre connexion se fait par RJ 45 et par conséquent vous bénéficiez de Netflix, my canal, youtube.....Petit + : vos hôtes sont vaccinés !!!!
