“Our own private space.” When you walk through the door of the unit it feels like you entered your own private world. The view is great. The unit was well supplied and clean. We would stay here again.
“Mrs” Perfect in every way. Condo was spotless and had everything we could need. Pool was right out the door. Couldn't see the beach from the Condo but a very short walk We had a small maintance problem. Made one phone call and it was fixed within the hour. We will be back
“Excellent place for a restful vacation” Dave's condo was great and had everything we needed, it was exactly as advertised. The pool was awesome and the beach was a very short walk away. All the resort workers were friendly and helpful. The Historic District had lots of shops and great places to eat. We would definitely go back to Amelia Island and stay at Dave's condo again. It was a great price and everything you need is on the island. I highly recommend it !

Summer Beach Rest
Epic beach house for a family attending a wedding
We chose this house as our son was getting married in Fernandna Beach and the reception was at the Amelia Island Golf Club. Perfect location for both events. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. We ate on the patio and played board games. My husband and I especially enjoyed the two rocking chairs on the patio for morning coffee. …

Walk-in Amelia Island Beachside Villa
Better than advertised!
This property was very nice and met our needs when we were in a pinch with a screw up by another property management company. We were so grateful that this property was available. We have stayed at Sailmaker and nearby a number of times and we love this resort! The property is convenient to the parking lot and the pool, and like all Sailmaker units, it has a very private beach access. Neither the beach nor the pool was crowded during our stay, which was a relief as we are in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
The most important thing to know is that the pics on Flipkey are outdated. The kitchen, patio, and bathrooms have been updated! This was quite a pleasant surprise. The owner was very communicative and kind. We have no complaints about our interactions with him.
The property was adequate and had pretty much everything we needed. It was clean and well-equipped. Our biggest complaint was that when we got there, it was full of mosquitoes! Our guess is that the cleaning service must have left all the doors open while they cleaned. Luckily, the mosquitoes were sluggish and not hungry and we were able to squish most of them. By the second night, they were nearly gone. It was quite an annoyance the first night to have mosquitoes buzzing in our ears, though.
It was also a little annoying to have to visit the property management office to get our check-in information. This seemed a little antiquated, especially since the door lock was a coded lock and we didn't need a key. It seems like the property management company could've sent the code to us in an email. (Nobody in the office was wearing a mask during the pandemic, which was doubly annoying. This has nothing to do with the property owner except for his choice of property management companies.)
Overall, this was a nice property. It is well-priced and the owner is great. We would definitely stay again (and would bring our bug zapper if we did). …

1176 Beach Walker Fun in the Sun
Nice but not handicap accessible
Clean and well stoked kitchen beach towels and chair were a very nice touch. The only down side is several steps to the bedrooms and the kitchen is very narrow no way you could get walker In there and absolutely no way to get a wheelchair. When you open the refrigerator it almost touches the counter across from it. Also there are a lot of wildlife around so if you are scared of snakes you might want to rethink this area. We encountered two in just a couple of days. I’m a country girls and it was still unnerving. The beach is a good walk from the unit up and down steps and the sand is all shells make sure to take foot wear almost impossible to walk on barefooted …
